POV Gianna:
I wonder why my parents want to speak with us, maybe they want to stay in our pack house to help out with Onyx. Whatever the case we head to my office, and I ask an Omega to bring us some snacks. I walk over and grab three cups and pour Rasheed, my father and myself some Hennessy.
“Want one mom?”
“No thank you sweetheart.” My mom says.
I hand them the drinks and proceed to sit down behind my desk. My parents are sitting on the sofa and Rasheed is sitting in the Beta’s chair. An Omega brings in some snacks and I notice my parents are becoming fidgety.
“Now that we have some food, what is it that you wanted to talk to us about?”
“It’s about the living arrangements, your mom and I will not be moving to the former King’s Packhouse” dad says.
“Okay that is your choice, but we have already said that the pack house will be for active members and their families. Where do you plan to stay, I can make arrangements quickly.”
“That’s the thing sweetheart, you don’t need to make any arrangements we already have a place to stay.” Mom says.
I notice mom is becoming very uncomfortable and I want to know what the heck is going on.
“Just say it, I am a big girl, and I can take whatever you tell me, it is obviously making you anxious.”
“Well, we are moving back to my land. Now that you have taken over as Alpha, I am needed back at my land your grandmother has been filling in for me, when things are needed immediately back home, but I must go back and fully take care of my duties.” Mom says.
“I’m confused I thought your mom died years ago.”
“No, your grandmother is a very powerful creature, which makes me stronger than her and you are stronger than me. Gianna, you are very gifted. You are the first-born daughter and that comes with very special privileges where I am from.”
Rasheed stands next to me and rubs circles on my back to comfort me. The next words out of my mother’s mouth shock me.
“Sweetheart I am a Fae; I am not a werewolf. I am not just any Fae though I am the Queen of Fae’s, which makes you the Fae Princess. I am sure you have been wondering why you can do certain things that normal Werewolves cannot. That is because you are part Fae, and as I have been seeing you have many powers. You are going to be a wonderful Queen when it is time to take over from me.”
Utter shock, I thought I would be prepared for what they were going to say to me. I don’t have words for the first time in my life I don’t know what to say.
“It’s going to be ok baby; you are just going through shock right now.” Rasheed says.
He picks me up and sits on my chair placing me on his lap and pulling my head to his chest.
“What does she have to do in the near future? Since you will be leaving does she have anything to do that will make her life more complicated? Rasheed asks again.
“No, she will be fine it will be some adjustment for her, but nothing will change until you two produce a female heir. Gianna’s powers will get stronger and when Onyx takes over as Alpha of the pack, Gianna will have to come to the Fae Kingdom. I don’t want to overwhelm you both with all of this information, but Gianna will also have to take you as her King in a ceremony, it is similar to the Luna ceremony. You will be given some gifts as well like immortality.”
I sit up straight in Rasheed’s lap, trying to make sure I am understanding correctly.
“Immortality? I cannot die?”
“You can die if you are mortality hurt, but if you are not, you will live forever Gianna. Your blood is very special and has the ability to heal. Onyx and any future children will have immortality as well. Since you are half werewolf and an Alpha you are a rare creature.
Please look after my little girl our Kingdoms depend on her and you.” Mom says.
“I understand, nothing will stop me from taking care of my beautiful mate. We will work on creating a future heir for the Fae Kingdom right away.” Rasheed chuckles.
I slap Rasheed in the chest, and everyone laughs. I can feel the air change to a happier mood. I have tons of questions, but I don’t want to overwhelm them. I know they have a huge move, and I will feel lost without them for some time. I am so glad I have found my mate before they left. I don’t know what I would have done with all this information by myself.
