Eric 's POV
'Whoa' I exclaimed as we entered the hall. The place looked great
"You like it?" Carla asked
She looked beautiful in the outfit Damien gave her
"Yes"
Balloons hung everywhere, the room was dark apart from the little multi coloured bulbs on dropping from the ceiling, music blasting from the DJ's speakers, people dancing. It was a great sight to see.
"I'm gonna go find my date" Carla announced
"Okay"
"Will you be fine on your own?"
"Sure
"Thanks again. Have fun”
"You too"
She waved to me then walked away. I sipped my cocktail and looked around for anything interesting. I didn't miss the seductive stares girls were giving me. I just smiled
I continued scanning the room until my eyes landed on the most gorgeous girl I'd ever seen. She was talking to four other girls. When I saw her laugh my heart did a cartwheel?

When her eyes met mine, it was as if the world stopped. Waves of electricity went though my veins. It was like there were fireworks in my heart. She felt it too because she looked straight at me. She smiled when she realized what we were. I smiled too
She's more beautiful than I ever imagined in my head
"Mate" we chorused
Carla's pov
"Slow down" I told Jake as he pulled me into the hallway
He finally stopped
"Why did you bring me out here?" I asked
"I have something to tell you"
“I'm listening”
"I really like you Carla. I don't know how I can keep controlling myself"
Before I could respond he crashed his lips to mine. I tried to get away but he had a good grip on me. I used all the strength I could gather to push him away
"Stop it"
When he pulled away, he looked straight ahead
"What?"
I turned to see what he was looking at
Standing there was Damien dressed in a suit, holding a bouquet of roses with a sad expression on his face.
