Chapter Thirty-One

Rosalyn's POV Sitting in my room my eyes are watching alessandro and his friends pack but my mind is full with recollections of what took place today. Firstly i still can't believe it my baby boy is back. After all this time i thought I'd never see him again. I honestly thought I was hallucinating when i heard his voice begging me to wake up it sounded far away at first but then it became louder and i opened my eyes thinking it was a dream. When i felt a hand on me i thought it was jermain but then his scent flooded my nose and i looked up and saw him. The first thing that came to my mind was that i hadn't woken up and was still dreaming or it was the lack of nutrients making me hallucinate. But when i heard his voice telling me he was real a part of me was hesitant but i was still hoping what i saw was real and when he held on to my hands and i felt him, the countless emotions that took over had me bursting into tears. It was the most joyous moment of my life next to when i gave birth. However, i noticed something was extremely different about him and when althea confirmed my suspicions i had my answer. The evidence was all their in his eyes, his aura and mostly in his scent. I could smell the disappointment coming off him in waves he was disappointed in himself for doing something so reckless. I could also sense the change in his wolf, it was no longer the wolf he had before, it change, evolved into something else, something dark but powerful. I knew what this meant it was already foretold. I read those reports that they had on alessandro when he was with the council so i know what is happening to him and i know that they'll come for him now that he has awakened. This final transformation whatever it is will determine his fate, i have no idea what the council is up to but i do know that more than anything they want him to transform and regardless of their kill order they are scientists at heart with a yearning to see their experiment through but I'd kill every living being on this earth before i let anyone take my baby. Now that Al is back i am determined to get my strength back because he cannot fight these battles that are sure to come his way alone. The next thing that had my mind reeling was jermaine. I'd finally taken everyone's advice and made up with him. Our conversation still fresh in my mind Flashback Alessandro, his friends, dad and i were all in the room catching up when someone knocks on the door before opening it and walking in. I looked up to see Micheal walked into the room followed by Jermaine who was slowly scanning the space to see who's present. "Hey guys" micheal greets "Hey" we reply in unison "Uhm alessandro alpha Ke'shaun has made his decision he would like to meet you in the back yard his mom and Isabelle are there i think they're ready to say their peace to the load of shit you have chained to your window" micheal says "We'll i wasn't expecting them to have been so cooperative but it doesn't matter either way" alessandro shrugged Walking over to kevin who was glaring daggers at him alessandro picked him up as if the man weighed nothing a threw him over his shoulders. He kept shifting around trying to break free so alessandro punched him in the side of his head knocking him out cold. "Sweetie I'm gonna hang back here for a little while there's something that i need to do" i say via mindlink "I know momma, from what you've told me I'd say its long overdue "I love you mi bambino and don't kill that bastard before i get there" I love you more mom, and i wouldn't dream of it" "Ok lets go" he says out loud walking to the door Micheal walked behind him followed by his three friends and then dad who gave me a thumbs up before leaving. I was so caught up in myself i didn't realize what I've been doing to you, i hurt you jermaine and for that im extremely sorry" i apologise "You don't have to apologize to me rosalyn its ok i understand. What you went through was traumatic to say the least and what that guy did to you-. You did nothing wrong" he says pulling me into his arms It felt wonderful to be near him again it was like my whole body was given life after nearly dying. When i don't pull away he takes that as his answer and kisses me deeply pouring out all his emotions into the kiss, it was then that i really understood how he felt about me. When we broke away from the kiss jermaine wrapped his arms around me and we just stood their relishing in each other's embrace. Finally i could have my happy ending. A few minutes later we decided to head to the back yard since everyone was most likely waiting on us

Alessandro's POV Mom, grandpa, my friends and i were all in the room catching up when someone knocks on the door before opening it and walking in. At first glance it would look as if it was the entire pack that was present but there were no children there and the only women present were the ones appointed as warriors. You have hurt and betrayed us all for the last time and the death your about to receive is too good for you but i know the moon goddess will deal with you appropriately. I hope you rot in hell for all you've done” Tears fell from her eyes as she spoke. When she was finished Aj wrapped her in his arms and walked her over to where brandon and sage was whispering words of comfort to her. I'm glad they found each other after everything izzy had been through she deserved all the happiness in the world and i knew Aj would take care of her. Up next was Grandma. Hes your father" This seemed to have pushed jermaine over the edge as his eyes turned a shade of yellow almost golden as he grabbed keshaun by the neck "DONT YOU DARE EVER CALL HIM MY FATHER AGAIN THAT ABOMINATION STOPPED BEING MY FATHER THE DAY HE PUT HIS HAND ON MY MOTHER AND YOU FEEL SORRY FOR HIM, THE PAIN HE'S FEELING IS NOT EVEN A FRACTION OF WHAT ROSE AND I HAD TO GO THROUGH" he spat coldly before letting go of his brother and walking away Halfway across the stage he turns and says "oh by the way I jermaine black reject you keshaun black as my alpha and hereby renounce my affiliation to the Howling moon pack” then continued to walk away Feeling the bond between him and his brother break Ke'shaun stumbled almost falling to his knees. Unable to see him fail at anything else i quickly grabbed his shoulders and helped him steady himself so he wouldn't fall. I may hate him but I'm not heartless he's an alpha and his pride is all he seems to have left and loosing that in front his pack the people he’s suppose to lead would be his undoing. He looked at me in surprise before covering it with an emotionless face. I let go when he's found his balance and we both take a step back distancing ourselves. Turning back to the old man in pain i say "well are you gonna sat anything alpha" i ask not taking my eyes off kevin Surprisingly he answers with "No, i have nothing to sat to him" Nodding i picked up the man I've been itching to kill the moment i met him then turned to my mom and say "The stage is all your momma" She looked at me confused as did everyone else. Now originally i had planned to kill kevin myself but after hearing the whole ordeal of what my mom and jermaine went through i decided it would me best to let her settle the score as it may help her to heal. "What do you want me to do son?" She asks "Well i did set out after kevin to avenge you since i thought you were dead but obviously your not so he's yours to kill" i tell her Nodding in understanding she motions for them to bring nora closer as well then she said "I appreciate what you did mi bambino but there's only one person i want to kill but i know someone who killing kevin would better benefit" "Jermaine get over here" she says His eyes lit up the moment mom calked him over in fact he practically speed walked over there. She growls her eyes darkening as she ripped Nora's heart from her chest and squeezed it. A tear fell from mom's eye as she let out breath i doubt she realized she'd been holding. I walked up to her and pulled her into a warm hug, finally she could be free. We then turned out attention to jermaine who was busy slowing torturing kevin. I saw him break a few of his bones causing Kevin to scream out in agony then he took the syringe which had earlier held the poison he injected kevin with and pushed the needle inside his father's left eye. He then repeated this action with the right eye then both his ears, i had to say watching that gave me chills and i made a mental note never to piss jermaine off. When he was finished he then took out a pocket knife and slit Kevin's throat as we all watch him bleed out until he was dead. Knowing that man is a tricky bastard and walked over to him and ripped his head off just for good measure, don't want him coming back from the dead now do we. Mom sighed walking over and hugged from behind, resting her head on his back she says "its finally over" Jermaine turned in her arms smiling before he responds with "yes it is” then kissed her They stood there sucking faces for a few seconds before i couldn't take it any more and yell * my eyes my poor delicate eyes. Come on you guys ain't nobody wants to see that" making them break away and started laughing After our laughter quieted down i looked at all my family members and said "its sundown guys lets leave this place and go home" They all nodded and we turned and started walking away. I reached the steps before ke'shaun’s voice stops me saying "Alessandro wait" The when i turned around the sight before me made my wolf go mad with rage and all hell broke loose.
