Lucian was really there, not far from her, walking towards her. 

Lucian approached. He lowered his head, not trying to hide his worry and panic. He had practically run all the way looking for Allison and when he found out she had ventured deep into the jungle, he was extremely anxious, not knowing what dangers the jungle held. 

Deep in the jungle, there was no cell phone signal. They couldn’t contact anyone. 

At this moment, when Lucian saw Allison standing in front of him unharmed, his racing heart began to slow down. 

He looked at Allison Her eyes were shockingly bright. Suddenly, his throat felt as if it was blocked. He couldn’t speak. 

“Let’s go.” He hid all his emotions, saying in a low voice. 

The surrounding light was dim, and Allison couldn’t see clearly. She just looked into his eyes, slowly stood up, and took a step forward. Her foot hurt badly. “Why did you come?” 

“If I didn’t, would you prefer to face dangers here alone?” 

Lucian looked around sarcastically, I’ve never seen anyone as adventurous as you daring to come here. Do you know how dangerous it is here at night?” 

He looked down at her swollen ankle, “Can you walk?” 

Allison nodded. 

Lucian frowned. Obviously, she couldn’t walk now. He straightened up, and suddenly, his pupils narrowed, “Watch out!” 

“Allison, what’s up?”
