It was the annual gala evening of Epic Entertainment, and the parking lot was filling up with an array of luxury cars. Flashbulbs sparkled on the red carpet, and although the sequence of stars to walk in was prearranged, the final spotlight was only decided at the eleventh hour. 

The big names and award-winning actors were in fierce competition. No one wanted to be upstaged by the other. Negotiations went on until just before the red carpet rolled out. 

Lesser-known celebrities had already made their appearances. The media snapped a few uninspiring shots; there were no highlight moments, no buzz. Several trends had emerged on social media, but they were all about minor celebrities, nothing too enticing. The press was eagerly awaiting the arrival of the award-winning actresses and the hottest new talents. They were banking on the glamour of their evening gowns to steal the show. The unknown actors who had walked the red carpet earlier had chosen outfits that were too conservative and outdated. 

During the intermission, several highly anticipated TV stars, like Pearla, and Ron, made their appearance on the red carpet, hand in hand, triggering 

a buzz online. 

Pearla and Ron were a beloved on-screen couple, with over 400,000 fans eagerly anticipating their appearance. They had worked together three times before, and although their shows didn’t create a massive stir, they all had their moments. Both of them openly acknowledged each other as ideal partners in their interviews. This time, they confidently walked the red carpet together.

Rumors had been circulating that Pearla was pregnant since she hadn’t taken on any new projects for six months. Her appearance in a deep-V gown at this event put those rumors to rest. 

“Ron, you once said that Pearla is your ideal type. Can we, the audience, look forward to seeing you two work together again? Your fans are really excited about your new show.” 

Ron was dressed in a black tailcoat suit that day, looking dapper. He had a pleasing face, but not particularly striking. But he had a great physique, tall and well-proportioned. His hairstyle was also quite conventional. He had been a second-tier actor in Hollywood for a while now. Despite his young age, he had been in the industry for ten years and had a loyal fan base. 

Ron responded with a smile, “I am really looking forward to working with Pearla again.” 

Both of them confidently promoted their good relationship. Pearla blushed slightly and added, “If we find the right script and the timing is right, we will definitely look forward to it.” 

After signing the autograph wall, they descended from the red carpet and entered the banquet area.
