Marion knew Lucas would be waiting for her in the parking lot.

Her professionalism kicked in, and she did not pay attention to who the ‘acquaintance’ was. She just wanted to thoroughly showcase their image as a couple.

As she spoke, Marion gently struggled to free her hand, signaling him to let go first.
