“It must be grandfather’s health again.” Alexander’s irritation grew. Through the glass, he glared fiercely in Isabella’s direction, ordering Sebastian to drive
away.
“By the way, about the investigation into Isabella I asked for last time, what did you find?”
Alexander suddenly inquired,
prompting Sebastian to reply almost robotically while focusing on the road ahead, “We found out that Ms. Sterling arrived at Harborlight Sanctuary when she was twelve, and was later adopted by The Sterling family. As for her origins before the orphanage, there’s absolutely no information available, as if she suddenly appeared out of nowhere.”
Alexander clenched his teeth, a shadow passing over his eyes.
