In the afternoon, a star came to the company. Surprisingly, it was the recent topic queen, Gloria.
Many employees in the company were big fans of Gloria, and they stood in line to ask for her autograph and take photos with her.
Christy saw Gloria shining among the crowd from afar. She had complicated feelings when she saw the picture.
The scenes of being insulted in front of the Osborn Villa a few days ago still lingered in her mind.
She sighed and thought to herself, “She’s a popular star, and I’m an ordinary employee. I’ve cut off the relationship with the Osborn family, and our lives will have nothing to do with each other.”
“Christy, go ask Gloria for an autograph! This is a rare opportunity. She’s such a big star! I’ve been a fan of her drama recently!” exclaimed Edith excitedly while running over to her.

Remember to talk to Gloria nicely. This is an once–in–a–lifetime opportunity for a promotion and raise!”
Other colleagues threw envious eyes at Christy upon hearing the news.

However, Christy wasn’t pleased at all. She refused with a smile, “I don’t think it’s appropriate. Gloria is a popular star, and I’m just an insignificant employee. It would be better for you, the manager, to handle this. If there are any changes needed, please let me know…”
“No! Gloria specifically asked to meet the designer of the poster. Just don’t make things difficult for me. Don’t you understand? She has a say in front of Mr. Melendez. If she speaks highly of you in front of Mr. Melendez, you’ll have a promising future!” Ernest was even more excited than Christy.

An employee brewed a cup of hot coffee for her.

time she came here.
However, she wasn’t even in the mood to drink coffee today.
The fragrant coffee was left alone on the table.
She was feeling upset.

Christy responded in a calm tone, “Gloria, please show some respect! I’m a designer for the company, and you invited me here to meet you.”
“Designer? I invited you here?” Gloria was stunned.
