Clara’s tears stopped, and she didn’t cry anymore. 

She wiped her tears and innocently broke into a smile. “Daddy, 1 misunderstood you, I’m sorry!” 

And just like that, with a few words from the man, Clara’s tears ceased. 

Seeing Clara’s innocence, Alan shook his head in his thoughts. 

To fulfill his promise to Clara, Joshua ordered a table full of delicacies, all healthy this time; otherwise, that poor woman would surely scold him again. 

After dinner, Karter took everyone to stroll along the pedestrian street of the theme park. 

On both sides of the street were various shops, including costume shops, toy shops, boutiques, and specialty shops, all in architectural styles, with all the shop assistants dressed in costumes. 

Clara couldn’t wait to buy a costume! 

She changed into a pink costume, put on a pair of cute rabbit cars, and wore a mask.

Clara was no longer satisfied with just playing cosplay herself; she wanted to involve her father as well. 

Joshua had become a doting and indulgent father, willing to do anything for Clara.

The costume shop assistants were very sharp!

“Of course, I am your daddy,” Joshua said smugly, casting a triumphant glance at Christy.

“Boring! What’s so good–looking? Isn’t he just a person? Christy huffed, turned her face away, and refused to look at him.

This woman actually used such a low descriptor for me, merely “a person“?”

Joshua seriously doubted that Christy had learned her elementary languages well, as her vocabulary seemed quite inadequate. 

Christy pretended not to care, but accidentally caught a glimpse of Joshua. He looked incredibly handsome, the kind that took one’s breath away… 

This black costume perfectly showcased the man’s domineering, unpredictable temperament, making him seem like a supreme demon king ruling the world and controlling the elements. 

Uh! The more she looked at him, the more he appeared like a demon king. The naughtiness deep in his bones was displayed in the corners of his eyes and brows, only missing a pair of demon king horns on his head. 

Christy didn’t dare to look at him directly. He was simply too dazzling and outstanding. If she couldn’t control herself and fell in love with this scumbag, she would be ruined. 

Seeing how handsome Daddy was, yet Mommy still wasn’t attracted to him, Clara was quite distressed!

The jewelry store was called “Stellar Jewelry Shop, located in a quaint little courtyard. 

All the shop assistants wore identical blue skirts. 

The most eye–catching aspect of the store wasn’t just the sparkling crystal jewelry, but also the shop assistants all of them handsome men and pretty women. 

“We have many silver bracelets and crystal bracelets suitable for children, as well as many cute crystal animal pendants. Please come and have a look!” The store manager was very polite, serving them with a friendly smile immediately. 

Now, Clara was the little princess of the Melendez family. 

Everyone knew that today, Mr. Melendez had closed the entire Dreamland Park for a day just to please his two young masters and the little princess. 

“It’s not for me, it’s for my daddy to buy.” Clara said with a grin, “Bring out all the most expensive and beautiful jewelry!”

“No wonder Daddy can’t win Mommy’s heart, Daddy is so silly!” Clara glanced at the man, frustrated, 

“Who said it’s for you to wear? I want you to buy it for Mommy!” 

“Buy it for that woman?” Joshua furrowed his eyebrows. 

He didn’t expect Clara to think of this! 

It wasn’t that he was unwilling, but that woman was simply unreasonable. The more expensive the gift, the more she felt that he was using money to insult her. 

Seeing Joshua silent, Clara grew anxious. With her hands on her hips, she angrily said, 

“Daddy, do you need to hesitate about giving Mommy a gift? Last time you invited Mommy for dinner, you didn’t even buy 

a single gift. Cara can’t stand it anymore. If you continue to be so stingy, you’ll stay single for life!” 

Would Joshua be single for life? Lack women? 

Feeling underestimated by little angel Clara, Joshua couldn’t accept it.
