Chapter 424 

Jonathan’s fingers tightened around Calvin’s neck like he was about to break it. 

Alan hurriedly put down the glass and took Jonathan’s hand, trying to pull it away from Calvin’s neck. “Jonathan, what are you doing? Calvin was just asking a question. D-Don’t be rash…” 

Alan was scared to death, but Calvin, who was being strangled, didn’t look afraid at all. He said, “Is it possible that… it’s because of me?” 

But as soon as he said that, Jonathan’s fingers tightened around Calvin’s neck suddenly, which made the latter almost out of breath and his face flushed. 

Alan was panicking. “Jonathan, let go of him! Are you really going to strangle Calvin to death?”

Alan tried to pull Jonathan’s hand away with all of his might. 

Jonathan stared at the man in front of him as he pondered Calvin’s question. 

No, it was not because of Calvin. It was because he didn’t want to be betrayed in the future. He didn’t want to be on edge’ every day because he was afraid that Rosalie still had Calvin in her heart! 

He didn’t want to repeat his father’s mistakes and have his life be controlled by another person.- 

He was the only one who could control his own fate! 

Jonathan released his grip on Calvin’s neck. Calvin coughed violently twice and finally began to breathe again. 

Alan breathed a sigh of relief, glad that nothing had happened. If this kind of thing happened several times more, he was afraid his heart couldn’t take it! 

“Is that important?” Jonathan asked coldly. 

Calvin looked at him and said with a smile, “Indeed, it doesn’t matter. Since you have broken up with Rosalie, who she gets with in the future has nothing to do with you, right?” 

The next moment, a scarily murderous look appeared in Jonathan’s eyes. 

On 

weekend, Rosalie came to the hospital to visit Amelia. 

Originally, Rosalie was going to find her at the diner. But when she got to the diner and heard from one of the employees that Amelia had been hospitalized, she hurried to the hospital.

Rosalie was stunned, but she could understand Amelia’s decision. “If you leave Strico, I’m afraid we won’t meet so often in the future. And I don’t really want to part with Aiden!” 

“You can still make video calls frequently. Besides, our public transport is so developed that we can meet any time if you really want to!”
