The City on the Edge

In the Edge, you are either human or you are worthless. Humans have stolen the source of magic and locked it away. They erected the walls of their Marble City and retreated, leaving powerless supernaturals to fend for themselves. For centuries, this has been the world but a rebel group has begun to fight back. Their leader is prepared to destroy everything if it means freeing supernaturals from human hands. Ronnie’s a shifter living in the Edge. Once powerful predators, her kind has been reduced to dull senses and sharp teeth. She lives her life under the unfeeling, watchful eye of the human White Guard. When rebels attack, she’s pulled into their fight, unintentionally bonding with their target - a human named Sebastian. Now the two of them are stuck with each other - shifter and human.
