The Contrary Mate

Jack Wright and his partner have climbed to the top since their hybrid tech-magic security startup became a wild success. He's pursued, envied, and confident he can charm people into doing exactly what he wants them to do. But deep down where he'll never admit it, the only thing he really wants is to find the elusive mate he's been looking for all this time. And he does find her, only to discover she's about as different from him as she can be. She's nature to his tech, herbivore to his carnivore, gentle to his feral, but still as quietly stubborn as can be with her own plans and ideas. He doesn't care that they're different, and now all he needs is to convince her that she doesn't either. This story is a stand alone spin-off/sequel to Rejecting the Alpha.
