She had worried before about Shaun considering replacing her as the female lead.

Monica felt a bit guilty and avoided making eye contact with him, especially after just encouraging Melody to return to filming. She became downright afraid after Lucas came in.

"Alright, you should rest now. Penny and I have some matters to attend to back at the set," said Monica, standing up as soon as Lucas entered.
