Summary
In a world full of dragons, self-outcast Fendrel despairs that he may be the only human who cares about dragons. He has devoted his life to rescuing them from the clutches of dragon hunters, even if it has made him callous toward most humans. When his latest rescue lands him the opportunity to save the dragon king's missing bride, he can't resist.
Some think she ran off, others believe something much more sinister happened to her. With the threat of dragon hunters, a corrupted royal guard in the human kingdom, and a maddened fire dragon breathing down his neck, Fendrel must find the missing dragon bride with the help of new and old friends, before it's too late to save her. Or is it already too late?
