Just then, the knocking on the door alerted Leon.
"Leon, are you here? I need to speak with you!" Renee's melodious voice rose outside the door.
"I'm here! Renee, give me a second. I'll open the door now," Leon responded.
He then sped up the treatment and eliminated all the cold energy within Candice's body.
Ending the treatment, he withdrew his hands.
"Leon, what's taking so long?" Renee was confused as Leon was yet to open the door.
"Coming," Leon did not think much of it and hurriedly opened the door.
Renee went into the room and was confused by how flushed Leon looked."
Leon, what were you doing? What took so long?" "Oh, I was helping Miss Daglesh," Leon said.
Before he could finish his sentence, Renee turned and noticed Candice behind him.
Candice sat up on the bed while Leon opened the door and adjusted her clothes, preparing to get out of bed.
"Miss Daglesh, why are you here?" Renee was shocked as she did not understand why Candice would end up on the bed inside Leon's room.
"I-" Candice blushed as she struggled to recover from her earlier embarrassment.
Taken aback by Renee's question, she opened her mouth but did not know how to respond.
"You two! Could it be that the two of you were sleeping together?" Renee took in the hesitant look and blushing cheeks on Candice, then at how her clothes were slightly undone. She then glanced at Leon, who was sweating like he was just exercising.
Instantly, realization dawned on her and her expression darkened.
"What?" Both Leon and Candice were stunned.
He immediately understood why Renee would feel that way.
"Treating you?" Renee's expression eased, but she then noticed something wrong.
