"Leon, let's just cut to the chase! I don't care why you approach Iris, but a word of advice: Stay away from her, or suffer the consequences!" Gilbert warned.

"Enough with the act! Just tell me how much it would cost for you to leave Iris's side!" Gilbert roared.

"Mister Young, it's not a matter of money. I am in love with Iris with all my heart and I mean it!" Seeing no point in hiding any longer, Leon summoned the courage to confess the truth. "What a joke! "I know she's way out of my league and that I'm not a compatible match for her right now, but I'm going to work hard," Leon said hesitantly.

"I've thought it through. Mister Young, I love Iris and I will never leave her side. I know I'm not a good match for her right now, but give me some time. Two or three years at most and I'll fulfill your requirements so that I can marry her!" Leon gritted out.
