Chapter 62 

When Aurelia saw that he was in an excellent mood, she was even more annoyed by her misunderstanding. Not only was she taken advantage of, but she was only allowed to follow Jacob’s orders.

They had done it for a long time, but still, he looked dissatisfied. Aurelia hoped that she would not end up being pressed under him on the bed all night. 

Despite that, her pride would not allow her to ask him to carry her to the shower. Even if Aurelia was willing to occasionally compromise, there were some things that her pride would not allow her to set down. 

Besides, she had already felt that she had suffered enough from what happened today. Jacob, who was greedy and tireless, had gotten the upper hand. Still, how could he be reluctant to let her have this bit of freedom? 

Aurelia was so angry that she felt speechless. She immediately ignored his reaction and bit her lips, unwilling to look at him.

Therefore, Jacob’s request was unacceptable to Aurelia. Almost immediately, she shook her head slowly but firmly in the warm curtain of water. “I’m sorry, Mr. Miller. I’m afraid I can’t agree to that.”
