The Forgotten Land of Myria

In a society recently plagued by a worldwide disease, two boys from the Commonland discover a land far too uncommon. A quarantine island where the inhabitants possess supernatural habilities. Have you ever wondered where pidgeons come from? I always found it odd that I’d never seen a baby pidgeon before, or a pidgeon nest; yet they are everywhere. I decided to look into it: what if I told you that they come from a quarantine island, that was set up for an ethnic wipeout 40 years ago, due to a deadly pandemic, and is now home to inhabitants that can bend elements of nature, and mystical creatures (pidgeons included)? Though they often venture to the Commonland (that’s why we only see grown pidge Roy Kendon is a 19-year-old college dropout, who lives in a foster home in Brisbane, Australia, because of his handicapped sister. Angus Harper is a 17-year-old wiz-kid, who is in his second year of civil engineering at Imperial College London. When a catastrophe brings these two boys together, and they are brought to the unknown land, fate makes a dramatic turn. In a matter of days, they find themselves on a quest to stop an evil lord from wreaking havoc on the land they have only just discovered--but as they journey through the Forgotten Land of Myria, they begin to realize that their lives are much more involved with this secretly magical place than they could ever imagine.
