Summary
Belac is commissioned to track down and recapture a runaway Elfling slave. But Belac soon discovers there's far more to Lathlin, the blind Elfling, and his mission. He will learn that he's part of a legend that involves a young girl called the Ripple, and the menacing Hollow People, soulless citizens living in a massive forest. Will Belac accept and embrace his Fate, or will he reject it? This book is Part One of a three-part series.
