~ Hunter & Ella ~

“Ella? Where are you?” He asked as he heard footsteps in the main hall.

“Hey little H,” A dark voice answered from the shadows.

“Jackie, why are you here and what did you do to Ella?” He asked narrowing his eyes, taking a cautious step forward.

“Relax, little Prince I didn’t do anything to little E, well not yet… I just arrived and you are the only royal I have found so far.”

“Like I told you last time we do not know where the Lovenina Princesses are, and we never agreed on finding them for you!”

Snarling he ripped the sword from his waist and swing at the air where Jackie was just at.

Jackie slowly started to squeeze her hands in a tight, forceful movement stabbing her nails into her palm.

Hunter dropped to his knees as he felt all his air leave him, while she stared at him chanting, increasing the strange movement.

“You are a failure just like your parents,” Jackie mocked as she watches him fight unconsciousness.

“THAT IS ENOUGH JACKIE!” Ella growled, teleporting in front of her cousin.

“E-lla,” He croaked as he struggled to stand with Jackie distracted.

“Well, well, Ella Stone wants to intervene,” Jackie snarled while, uncurling one palm, and summoning a fireball.

“You bet, Jackie River,” Ella smirked, standing tall as she curled her hand around a potion bottle.

I know Hunter said to hide, but I decided to follow him… not because I am worried about him. I just wanted to see who these witches are.

Lucy hid behind a marble column, watching him as he seem to be in an intense conversation with what she is guessing is one of the witches.

How can he looked so amazing and handsome just standing there talking with his pearly whites, making that unsure smile. His spiky, dark hair makes his hazel eyes sparkle. His simple outfit shows off the tan abs through his’s tight tee-shirt. Good thing I splashed mud on his leather jacket.

She forced herself out of the daydream as she heard someone fall.

Lucy stared in horror as she notice Hunter had fallen to his knees gasping for air as the witch mocks him.

Her heart was racing as she thought about rushing in there…Ella made up her mind when she appeared, distracting the witch, making her control on Hunter to end.

“Good, he is catching his breath,” Lucy sighed as she saw his chest slowly rising.

She thought the witch was finally going to retreat with it being two against one, but then another shadow appeared behind Ella.

Without thinking, Lucy screamed, “WATCH OUT ELLA!”

“WHAT—?”

Ella glance into the narrow hallway and spotted Lucy thinking about charging in.

Oh, she better stay put.

“AAHH!” Ella yelped as she got grabbed by the waist.

“Finally, you are late brother,” Jackie announced, rolling her eyes.

“Well, sorry my twin I was helping Raven. I thought you could dealt with a Prince and a Princess on your own for a while.”

“I can, but it would have been nice to have back up at the beginning.”

“Who cares, I am here now and already bored let’s just take Ella and used her as leverage to get dear Prince Hunter to hand over the Lovenina Princesses.”

“W-W-Wait—hold on Marcus we don’t even know where they are, and we never agreed to hand them over if we did,” Ella stated, stalling as she fought against his’s grip.

“LET HER GO!” Lucy screamed as she ran into the fight.

“Who the heck are you?” Marcus asked dropping Ella, to face the new girl in a glowing red dress.

“Lucy...Get out of here!” Hunter demanded as he tried to suck oxygen back in.

“Lucy, why did you not stay put,” Ella added, trying to teleported over to her, but she could not focus her magic.

“Well, what is this!” Jackie growled, grabbing Lucy’s arm, and pulling at her necklace.

“Um, excuse me buy your own jewelry,” Lucy demanded, swatting Jackie’s hand away.

“Lucy!” Hunter shouted as he struggled to stand on his’s shaking legs to reach her.

“Where do you think you are going Prince,” Marcus mocked, slamming Hunter back into the ground.

“HEY LEAVE HIM ALONE!” Lucy screamed, struggling to get free of Jackie’s squeezing grip.

“I thought you said you did not know where the Princesses were, but this girl has royal energy and seems to be in royal mode!” Jackie howled as she tightened her grip on Lucy’s arm.

“I still don’t that is just my—” Hunter started as he got on his shaking legs again, but Marcus shoved him down again.

“GET AWAY FROM HIM!” Ella shouted, swinging a fist into Marcus’s jaw.

Hey, you need a hand,” Ella smiled, holding out her hand.

“Thanks, Ella,” Hunter said as he reached for her hand.

“Ow, you little bitch!” Jackie shrieked.

“Ohhh, sorry did I bite you,” Lucy said as she stabbed her heel into Jackie’s foot causing the witch to loosen her grip, and Lucy to lose her footing.

“Rushing in here was really stupid,” Hunter stated as he pulled the girl off the floor.

“Wow” thanks, I am fine.”

“Sure, you are,” Hunter said, rolling his eyes.

“So, who is she, Hunter?!” Jackie asked as she angrily rubs her foot that got stabbed.

“I am—”

Before she could finish her sentence, Ella blurted out…

“HUNTER’S GIRLFRIEND!”

“What… No, I am not!” Lucy squealed as she tried to hide her flustered face.

“So, you are a Lovenina Princess then aren’t you,” Jackie said as she started a chant again.

Hunter’s knees buckle as all his weight was put on Lucy.

Hey, you are talking to me so leave him alone!” Lucy snarled, tightening her grip around Hunter’s waist, struggling to hold up the tall boy.

“You are right, brother—”

“Lucy, watch o—” Hunter choked out.

Hunter’s warning did not matter before he could finish saying out, the other witch had grabbed her from behind, causing Hunter to fall to the ground.

“Oh, hi you must be the other stupid twin,” Lucy guessed as she tried to wiggle out of his’s grip.

“If I was you, I would watch that tone, Princess.”

“Well, if I was you, I wouldn’t mess with me!”

Marcus cackled, “What are you going to do little Princess.”

“I—”

Marcus started to chant, while his eyes stay glued to her.

Lucy’s body felt frozen in place as he loosens his grip. He forms his hands into a movement similar to what Jackie did before, but it was not the same it felt more intense, and It sent chills down her spine as her feet felt wobbly even though she was glued in place.

The last thing Lucy saw before the room spun was Hunter rushing over with Ella.

Then everything went dark…
