Chapter 59 - Epilogue 2

Two Years Later

Kodi

Well, here I am again. This time is different. We did figure out with Haikili that our magic was fighting each other but he was trying to protect me from those bastard and I was trying to fight them which is what caused me to go into labour early, well not that early but earlier than we thought. I probably wasn’t due for another month, but everything turned out fine. My little man is now two and half and just like his daddy. He tries to tell all the other little ones what to do. You know your typical over protective over possessive alpha. Right now, I am laid on a table with a sheet in keeping me from seeing my babies. Yes, I said babies because apparently Reign wasn’t happy with just one more. We had only found out that I was pregnant two months ago and that we were having twins the same day. We knew that one was a girl, but the other little one decided to be a pain in the ass and not let us see what he or she was. I am positive that it is another little boy. We told Haikili and he was thrilled to become a big brother. I have had to teach him when it is okay and when it is not okay to use his power. He had started using it on anyone who he thought was hurting or threatening me which was cute. It turns out he isn’t as powerful as we thought but he is still pretty powerful.

This pregnancy may have gone smoother than Haikili, but I was more than done being pregnant. I had already planned on going back on birth control but at my last scan Chrion said that he saw something, but he wasn’t sure what it was. They were going to see while they were getting these two out of me. Reign and I had talked about it and we were okay with these two being the last two kids we have if it came to that.

“You ready to be a girl dad?” I asked.

“No, but I will deal with it. At least she’ll have an older brother that will help protect her from all the boys. Who knows maybe the other one is a boy and she will have two brothers to keep the boys away.” Reign comments.

I heard Chiron snort as they got started. Reign was holding my hand as he cut me open. Both of these little shits were in the breech position with no indication of turning so Chiron said that I would have to have a c-section. That was fine with me. Did I want to be cut open, no, but I also knew I would heal fast so there was that. We sat there waiting to see who was going to be born first.

“Well, hello there little one. Looks like our mystery pup is a boy.” Chiron told us.

I heard Reign let out a breath. I knew he was afraid that he was going to have two little princesses to deal with. He was going to be a very overprotective girl dad. This little girl was going to be spoiled more than anything. Dani had her second one a year ago and it was another little girl. Rory and Vance puffed up like blow fish when she was born. Now Dani was already pregnant with baby number three. They had just found out it was a boy. I can’t even imagine how much my idiot brothers puffed up when they found that out. Those two are ridiculous, but I love them. We are extremely close even though we hadn’t grown up together. I let out a cry when I heard my little boy scream as he was pulled out of his nice warm home. Another cry was made as his sister let everyone know that she was not happy about what was happening. I was worried when they went quiet, but Reign told me that they were lying beside each other. They just wanted to be near each other. I turned my head when the nurse placed our little ones in Reign’s arms. He had one on each arm. They weren’t as big as their older brother, but they were both a good size.

“Well look at those two.” Uncle Aaron said.

“Another boy, damn, I was sure it was going to be two little girls.” Ino commented.

“Oh, good everyone is here.” Chiron deadpanned.

“Fuck you, now tell us what you found out about my daughter-in-law.” Uncle Aaron demanded.

“It was actually nothing. There was a fair amount of scar tissue on one part of your uterus, which we were able to remove. Everything else looked perfectly normal. You might have a little more trouble conceiving if you do decide to have any more pups but that is it.” Chiron explained.

Thank God, I was terrified that it was cancer or something. As far as more pups we shall see, right now three is a good number. I was more than happy with them. Who knows, maybe in a couple of years there might be another in our future. I smiled as I watched Uncle Aaron hold our little girl.

“Please tell me that these two have names.” Uncle Aaron said.

“They do. The little boy is Travis Nahele and the little girl you are holding is Amelia Estelle.” I told him.

I was wrapped in a hug before I knew it. He was careful not to squish Amelia. Uncle Aaron told Reign that his mother would be proud of us. I knew he would get all emotional when we told him his newest granddaughters name. I am surprised that my grandparents hadn’t shown up yet. I laid back watching the big tough men melt as they looked at two tiny pups.

Alpha Aaron

I couldn’t help but laugh as I watched the pups running around. Of course, Haikili was the leader as it should be, but his cousin Mae was hot on his heels. She was the only one that wouldn’t listen to him, which wasn’t a surprise. She has both alpha blood and royal fey in her as well. We had a herd of pups running around the back yard. Ino and Fern’s triplets were following the other two as was Mauku and Noelani’s son. He was a year younger than the other pups but had no trouble keeping up. I looked up when I heard Dani scream at one of the twins. She was huge, not that I would tell her that. I was still highly suspicious that she was carrying twins. They could only ever find one baby, a boy, when they had ultrasounds, but she was to big for this to be a single pup. I mentioned this once and I thought my darling daughter was going to murder me in my sleep. I glanced down when I felt a tug on my shorts. Little Amelia was standing there smiling at me with her four front teeth. They were growing just as fast as Haikili did. The only difference was that Amelia was an exact replica of her mother. Same copper hair and fire for eyes.

“Well, hello my sweet girl.” I said to her.

She giggled at me as I sat her in my lap. Little Amelia was usually found with me. We were celebrating Daenernay’s 18th birthday. She was surprised when she walked out of there and found the whole place decorated for her birthday. We knew she had felt a little left behind. Alezios and Maxim had found their mates a year ago in the fey realm. They had moved there which had been expected. It was clear that Deanernay had felt left behind when they left. She had more or less lost her entire family when all that happened two and a half years ago. I stood up with Amelia in my arms and walked over to her.

“Are you having a good time?” I asked.

“Yeah, I kind of thought I would find him, but I guess it isn’t my time.” She sighed.

There was a commotion coming from inside the pack house. I am guessing Kekipi must be back. He had been travelling for a while now. I heard a growl as Deanernay and I both looked towards the pack house.

“YOU ARE NOT GOING OUT THERE HALF FUCKING SHIFTED AND SCARING THE KIDS.” Kodi screamed.

“LUNA PLEASE MOVE.” Kekipi growled.

“GROWL AT ME ONE MORE TIME ASSHOLE AND I WILL LIGHT YOUR ASS ON FUCKING FIRE.” Kodi yelled.

I heard Deanernay whine beside me when Kodi threatened Kekipi. I saw Reign stomping towards the pack house. I linked him to tell him of my suspicion as he stepped onto the deck. The back door flew open. Whoever opened it damn near tore it off its fucking hinges.

Kekipi came walking out not half shifted with Kodi draped on his back hitting him as he stomped to where Reign was. Deanernay sucked in a breath as a smile spread across my face.

Deanernay

My two best friends had found their mates and went to live with them in the fey realm. I am not sure how they are going to do since they have to listen to Rory and Vance since they are mated to a couple of their cousins, but that is their problem. I know I was younger than them, but I was starting to feel left behind. I had lost all of my family when all that shit happened. Eros was still alive, but he was living under heavy restrictions in a fey kingdom in France. I tried to visit once but he wanted nothing to do with me. I never bought into their shit and I knew it was wrong. I felt even more betrayed when I did find out that my own father had promised me to some fucking alpha in Germany. I was to marry his son once I turned 18. I might as well have been sold off. Thankfully that guy found his fated mate and then everything else happened and here I am. I was beyond shocked when I walked out and found that they had thrown me this spectacular 18th birthday party.

“Are you having a good time?” Alpha Aaron asked.

“Yeah, I kind of thought I would find him, but I guess it isn’t my time.” I sighed.

I caught the faint scent of ocean breeze and bananas. I heard a growl coming from the pack house. Then another growl was heard threatening the first person which made me whine. I felt something pulling me towards the pack house.

“YOU ARE NOT GOING OUT THERE HALF FUCKING SHIFTED AND SCARING THE KIDS.” Luna Kodi screamed.

“LUNA PLEASE MOVE.” Kekipi growled.

“GROWL AT ME ONE MORE TIME ASSHOLE AND I WILL LIGHT YOUR ASS ON FUCKING FIRE.” Luna Kodi yelled.

That last threat made me whine again as they came stomping out of the pack house. Luna Kodi was on Kekipi’s back. She was hitting him as he walked over to where Alpha Reign was. His head whipped around so he was looking at me as our eyes locked. I gasped as Alpha Reign pulled Luna Kodi off of him as he came to a stop in front of me. He lifted his hand and laid in on my cheek. I gasped when the sparks jolted me. I wasn’t expecting that. A low growl rumbled from deep in his chest as we stood there staring at each other. I placed my hand on top of his.

“My little mate.” Kekipi growled.
