It felt like a long time, but suddenly I felt a my body take a huge gasp of air as I sat up. Like I was awakened from a dark dream. My vampire side that Alexander gave me was reawakened. We were still in the dimension we fought in so I knew it was not a dream. After I saw my surroundings, I looked beside me and saw Jason. He put his hand on my back and used his other hand to push me back to a laying down position.
“It’s okay, my love, calm down.” Jason said softly with a smile. “I’m so glad you are okay.” I heard his words but none of them really sunk in.
“Where is the bottle? Your memories?” I asked quickly after he finished.
“We took care of it and everything is okay.” He said as he began stroking my hair. I then quickly jumped back up and onto my feet.
“We got to go back home and get your memories back in your head!” I said rushed. So many things began to run in my head. Like “Would this really change where Jason and I stand?” and “Will me and Jason really ever get married?” He quickly got up and grabbed my arm. He pulled me into a deep passionate kiss. Once he pulled away, he held the ring near my face and then put it on my finger.
“I already remember, Loveless did it already. I helped heal you with my magic.” I turned to her with a smile on my face.
“Thank you.” I felt like I was almost going to cry. “I can redo the spell again if you like?”
She shook her head. “I can’t keep running from my emotions forever, right? Now it is my time to deal with them.” She paused. “On second thought. I think I have a few more things to do before I deal with them.” I held back a chuckle. I doubted she would ever resolve them. “Let’s go back and get everything done. You two have to plan for a wedding after all.” Loveless said as she opened a portal and we all went home. Jason’s sword and Vincent’s sword by the way were laying in the courtyard. Jason took his and Loveless held on to Vincent’s sword. I redid the spell for her and then we planned the wedding with the once again over-joyed Nikki that I missed.
