Chapter Three

Louie’s POV

“What?!” I asked

“We need to go Louie. You should stay here.” Damon said.

“No. I’m going too. I’m not just going to sit back and do nothing. My brother is over there, so you can forget me staying out of it.” I yelled, now standing up.

Nate stood up and went to stand next to Damon. “I’m sorry Louie, but I agree with him. We don’t want you to get hurt.”

“I won’t!” I said. “I’m going whether you like it or not.” I said walking off towards the water.

A pair of arms grabbed me and pulled me back. I struggled but they were too strong. “Let go!”

They sighed and tied me to a tree with a dirty peice of rope they must’ve found in the sand.

“You’ve got to be kidding me! Untie me right now!” I shout and try topic them with my feet.

“I’m sorry Louie, this is for your own safety.” Nate said.

Then they both kissed me on my cheeks and they dove into the water. Naula was enraged. ‘How dare they! Our pack is out there. Jessie’s not the only Alpha!’

I let her take control and she tore out of the rope. I ran and dove into the water. It took us a few minutes, but when we reached the shore, I shifted and let her have complete control. I saw Damon’s wolf, It was massive. It stood almost as tall as a human, with it’s brown fur spiked as it fended off an attacker. He didn’t notice the other wolf coming up behind him.

I ran and attacked the other wolf. I bit into his shoulder and slung it away. It whimpered and ran off. I hid in the back for a moment. Jessie, the light brown wolf, and Nate, the black wolf, were back to back, helping each other out. I ran back into the fight and let Naula do what she does best.

Damon’s POV

After leaving Louie at the island, Nate and I quickly joined the fight. I was attacking the leader of the rogues when I saw a flash of gray fur behind me. I knocked away the wolf in front of me and watched as Louie attacked the wolf behind me. Her wolf was gray and white with bright violet-blue eyes. I had to look away, when I noticed the lead rouge coming back for more.

Louie’s POV

After an hour of fighting, the rogues left with a massive dent in their group. I was left feeling exhausted. I had already shifted back to my normal human state and was sitting on Jessie’s car in a pair of black gym shorts and green tank top. Damon was talking to our father and was pointing out the rogues that couldn’t get away when the fight ended. He was only in blue mesh gym shorts. Nate was talking on the phone over by the shack. He glanced at me and smirked.

Jessie came up and tossed a towel in my face.

“Hey, little sister.” He paused. “So what were you guys doing on the island?”

“Um...Well...When we were all dancing...we bumped into each other at the same time and well......since it is their birthday...-”

“Oh my God. Are you saying that they are both your mates?” He looked at me with wide eyes.

I nodded letting a small frown settle on my lips.

“Damn, wait till dad finds out.” He said with a slight smirk.

“What do you mean?” I asked not understanding what he was getting at...

“Well, I mean, your daddy’s little girl...getting a mate is hard, but two mates...” He said shaking his head. “His head might explode...I mean that’s a lot of contact....” He said smirking.

I punched his shoulder and let out a small growl. “Perv!”

At home, my father had called a meeting with his advisors and left to meet at the pack house. My mom was on the phone with someone, talking about everything that had happened. I had disappeared upstairs and was laying in my room, on my bed. My music was blaring and I was laying on my bed looking up at my ceiling. As I started to doze off, my bedroom door opened and in walked my mom.

“Hey sweetie...” She paused sitting next to me on my bed. “Is there anything you would like to tell me?”

“Maybe...”

“Like how you have two mates?”

“How did you-”

“That’s not important. I’m just so happy for you.” She said giving me a big smile. “So when are you moving into the pack house?”

“What?! Who said anything about moving-”

“Mom!” I say, shocked. “I really don’t want to think about this right now.”

“Well you have to.” She paused. “Because they’re here.” She turned away and yelled out the door. “You can come up now!”

“Mom!” I shouted and sat up quickly.

“Sorry sweetie.” She said, “It’s better that you do this now.”

She ran out of the room as I quickly pulled my blanket over me. I wasn’t exactly dressed for company... When I went to bed, I normally only wore underwear, a sports bra, and maybe a shirt. Tonight I had forgotten to take off my shirt. Thank God! I cursed under my breath as they walked in.

“Awe, were you sleeping?” Damon asked smiling at me.

“I was almost.” I said scowling.

“Hey, none of that.” Damon growled and sat next to me.

“I’m not moving out.”

“Yes you are.” Damon said with his Alpha tone coming out.

Naula whimpered. I pushed her aside and stared at him in the eyes. “No I’m not.”

“We were afraid you’d say that so we came prepared.” Nate sighed.

Damon pulled out what looked like Axe spray and sprayed some in front of my face. At first I inhaled and coughed but then my vision began to fade and eventually everything went black.
