Iron knocked at the principal’s door and the answer was almost instant. “Come in.”

We all walked in and occupied both black leather sofas from his office. I was squeezed between Aiden and Python and the reptile was constantly bumping his shoulder in mine. My team is sitting on the right sofa while the others are on the left sofa.

“I heard that you wanted to talk with us, Blast.” I said to catch his attention which was glued to a file in front of him.

“Yes, I want. Tomorrow you have a mission.” he said without looking at us and me and my team cheered.

Finally! The Last mission was 1 month ago. I was getting bored.

“And you have to take Team Alpha with you.”

“Whyyy?? Why do you hate us? We always respected your orders and we are good guys!” Leaf tried to argue, but you can’t win an argument with Blast.

Leaf pouted and sink in his seat. “Meanie.”

I rolled my eyes at his silliness. “Where are we going and what we have to do?”

He pressed a button and in front of both sofa appeared a hologram with a white place. “Destination: Snowfair.”

I widen my eyes and shook my head. “You are sending us to freaking Alaska??”

“Yup. Dark movement has been spotted there. They started to attack some academys from there and they also tried to took over one of ours central towers. You will go there, find them, and erase them. But, be careful. You may have some visitors.”

By the way his eyes turned a shade darker it’s not good. I sighed. “Who will be this time?”

He rubbed his face. “Both White Eagles and Black Thorns.”

Our number one enemies. Great.

The White Eagles are the Elementar Royal Army and they are under Fog’s command. He is currently the king of the Elementars. We cached his attention with our numerous and successful missions. At first he wanted us to switch to his side, but he saw that we kept refusing, he decided to try to kill us. The White Eagles are his best team and they are very well prepared. They are as good as us, maybe even better then us, but they strategies suck. It’s not the first time when we have to fight with them and I’m sure that it won’t be the last time neither, but I’m 100% sure that someone will be very bad injured. Every fight we had with them ended up bad.

The Black Thorns are the Dark Royal Army. Their commandant is Calamity himself and they are a pain in our asses. We had more fights with them than we had with the W.E, and this battles also end up bad. They are better then W.E. They are as strong and fast, but they are smarter. We had big problems because of them. Leaf almost died in a battle with them.

But I’m worried about the following one because it’s the first time when all 3 teams from all 3 sides fight in the same battle. Usually, we have a 1vs1 battle, but now it’s a different story. None of us can beat 2 teams. Not when they are this strong. The only alternative is to ally with one of them, but it’s very risky. They can help you win this battle, then they can kill you when you aren’t looking. I’m expecting something like this from The Black Thorns because The White Eagles are to high with themselves to do something like that.

“When are we leaving? And I don’t think that it’s a good idea to take them with us. They don’t know how we fight as a team or our strategies. It’s risky.” I said pointing at the losers in front of me.

“True, but that’s why I want you to take them. This way they can get used to working with you and they will see how well prepared the enemies are. They have to face this situation at one point or another since they will join your team.”

WHAT.

“NO.WAY.IN.HELL.” I growled through my teeth and everyone started to protest.

This is a stupid idea and it won’t work. We hate each other! We can’t even share the house duties without fighting.

Suddenly, my lungs were empty and I was gasping for air like the others were. This was Blast’s way to make us shut up.

“ENOUGH.” his voice boomed across the room and he let my lungs free. “You will do as I’m telling you. Both teams are very good and if they will join each other we will be more power full. The W.E and B.T have 9 members and 4 substitutes while you are 5, but if they join you, we will have a bigger and stronger team.”

I was about to argue more, but I bite my tongue to stop. He’s right. We will have the numbers advantage, but we aren’t used to working as a team and lots of things can go terribly wrong.

“But, if we take them all with us, don’t you think that it will be a little suspicious that we suddenly have 8 new members when Team Alpha disappeared?” Aiden asked and I nodded my head. It would be very suspicious and they will start some research over us. They are already searching for us and our hideaway so this will make them even more determinate to find us.

Blast thought about this for a second. “You’re right. Four of them will stay here to watch over the fight and if something unexpected happens, they will help. And you can give them different attribution and tasks. You are the leader after all.” he said looking at me and I nodded my head.

“Got it.”

“Good. Do you have other questions?”

Leaf raised his hand in the air like he was in middle school. Blast rolled his eyes. “Yes Leaf.”

“What if we can’t work as a team?”

“You can. You all are smart kids and you realise that your lifes are in the game and it’s not time to held grudges or kid around. You have to protect each other. This is what a real team does. The most important thing is to protect your mates, then it comes killing the enemies. I hope that I made myself clear. You are free to go. Go home and rest. You leave tomorrow at 9 AM with our private plane. And Team Alpha come with me. I need to give you your new uniforms and tattoos. Team Apocalypse you are free.”

That’s all we needed to hear. We all left the office in a hurry since this idea wasn’t for our liking.

The good part is that if one of them dies in battle, it won’t be our fault.

Actually it will be, because I’m the leader and I have to protect their asses.

As I stepped into our house, I went straight into my office and opened my computer. This is a ultimate generation computer with no monitor, mouse or keyboard. I only have to press one button and a hologram will appear as a desktop. My fingers were flying across the monitor, searching for more informations about the mission and the place.

Calamity wants to take over the Snowfair region in order to extend his kingdom. He already has Rainfort and Brightstorm, but his plan is to rule the whole world and all dimensions. From what I see here, he started to attack from the middle of the region and he is slowly covering more and more land. It was an inside kick and it’s a good strategy. Once you get inside, people will be afraid and easy to scare away or kill. Also it’s a good strategy because of someone would come to extinct his army, it would be very difficult since there are innocent people too and a big fight could kill some of them too. So we need to use our elements as little as we can.

From our spies we found out that his next attack will be at The History Museum which was almost at the west border of the region. He took over the center, the east and now he’s targeting the west. I think that we should meet them from the south since they would be expecting an attack from west or maybe east where he already has land covered. He sends there the B.T and somehow, by somehow I mean spies, the Elementars found out his move and they’re sending W.E. The best thing is that none of them would be expecting us to be there since we all 3 teams are avoiding to meet in this kind of battles, but this is a good opportunity to get rid of 1 team. I have to talk with Aiden before I’ll make a decision. He is my strategist and we both are making very good decisions.

I pressed a green button. “Aiden come into my office immediately.” my voice rang in the whole house and he came in 2 minutes later.

He set down across from me and placed his feet on my desk. “Let me guess. You want to make an alliance with one of them and get rid of the other, but you don’t know with which one.”

I smiled. He knows me so well and I like how we always are on the same page. “Yes and there’s the probability of them allying with each other to take us down. They have spies too and they could’ve found out that we’re coming.”

He nodded his head and crossed his arms. “True, so we have to decide fast, but I don’t know neither. I don’t think that the W.E would accept our offer since they can’t stand us with our dirty ways. The B.T would definitely accept, but they can betray us and the whole point of this mission is to stop them”

The W.E think that we are a piece of dirty and impure. The idea of Elementars and Darks living together is grossing them because they think that Darks are filthy creatures with bad intentions.

And we also have B.T. They are made of pure evil and won’t waste a change to destroy you in the dirtiest way possible and the possibility of them betraying us is immense.

Suddenly, on the monitor appeared the Dark Army’s emblem as they were calling me. I shared a look with Aiden and he nodded. My mask appeared on my face and I pressed the accept button.

The smirking face of Spike, the leader of the B.T appeared. His face was also covered with a mask, but his was pure white. “Hello there, Bolt. Nice to see ya. How’s the weather there? Still sunny, still sunny?”

Sometimes I’m wondering how this idiot can be such a good leader.

I rolled my eyes. “Yes, very sunny. Now, why the fuck you called me? I have things to do.”

His smirk widen. “Battle plans to make? Cut that shocked face because I already know that you will be there tomorrow.”

I crossed my arms and glared at him. “And you called me to tell me that you can’t wait to see me.”

“Nope. I called you to propose you a deal.”

My head snapped at his smirking face from my nails. “I’m all ears.”

“Join us only for this battle and we will take down The White Eagles.”

So he though about this variant too. It sounds very tempting, but it’s not enough.

“And why we would do that?”

“Because we both hate them and it would be so much easier without them.”

“I already figured that out. I’m asking what I’m getting if I’m helping you. What’s your part of the deal.” I asked with a smirk because he already has a good reward or else he wouldn’t have called me. He may be an idiot, but he isn’t stupid.

“We will free the Snowfair.”

I started to laugh. “And you’re expecting me to believe that? You worked so hard to get that region and now you would just give up on it?”

“Think, Bolt. If The White Eagles are gone, it would be much more easier for us to snatch region from under your nose. We have more people then you and if we launch 2 attacks in 2 different places, one of them will be wined by is. We lose one region, but on long terms we have much more to win.”

That’s true, but we have more people then he thinks and we can stop them.

“What guarantees me that you won’t betray me on the field?”

He clicked his tongue. “Too many things and power in the game. And I’m a man of word. If I’m making a deal and ending it as I said. With The White Eagles gone and the Snowfair free.”

I thought about it for 5 minutes. We are already in disadvantage with Team Alpha joining us since we aren’t working as a team and we don’t know how each other fights and works. This would be our chance to finally get rid of W.E.

“I’ll think about it.”

He sighed exasperated. “And when I’ll know if you agree.”

I smirked. “If I appear tomorrow, I agree. If I don’t, I don’t. See ya or maybe no, Spike. Bye” I ended the call and smirked at Aiden.

He smirked back at me. “This is perfect. We get the region, we kill those fuckers and we have less chances of one of us dieing.”

“I know and that’s why I agree.”

Tomorrow will be very interesting.
