Chapter 31 She Can’t Steal Him From Me
Vivian did not even know what was going on
Jurgh walked away.
Louise was holding a book, thinking of showing it to jose pits.

That day, when she flew back to find him waiting for her at the airport, she spotted him from afar.
He stood out from the crowd with how handsome he was
However, he seemed distracted, constantly glancing at his phone.
He did not see her until she was right in front of him.
After leaving the airport, he used the excuse that he had work waiting for him at the office to drive her to
his office.

She was even happy that he was willing to bring her to the office and introduce her to his employees.
As soon as they arrived at the office, he received a call.
He did not say a word to her before dashing off to the sales department’s office,
She then watched as he panicked, racing toward an injured woman.
It was a mess back then. There were even men in uniforms standing around

“Please do not dwell on that thought, Miss Hathaway. Sophia Yancey is no one important to him. She is nothing compared to you?” The pale look on Louise’s face made Vivian hurriedly speak up in explanation. “He’ll fire her after getting engaged to you.”

Despite the gentleness of her tone, Vivian could sense a strong sense of possessiveness in Louise’s voice
She inmediately heaved a huge sigh of relief.
She did not know what to do.
She had always assumed Joseph and Louise merely approached this engagement as a marriage of
convenience.
It now seemed like Louise loved him
It made everything so much easier!
“Don’t worry, Vivian stated, reassuringly patting Louise on the hand. “I will not let anyone push you
around!”
Louise nodded.
She then hugged Vivian
They lost their enthusiasm for party planning since Joseph was not around.
Louise soon left.
Following that, Vivian immediately called Joseph.
It did not take long for him to answer her call.
“What is it?” he coldly asked. There was no warmth at all as though he was not on the phone with his mother.
She suppressed her rage as she spat out, “Where are you now, Joseph?”
“Busy.”
“Are you going to Sophia?” She scoffed. I’ve already told you; that woman is not to be underestimated. She pretended to be Hannah just to stay with you, then she did all that to curry Mom’s favor. Now that you’re getting married, she finally shows her true self!”
“What do you want to say, Mom?” he impatiently asked.
It was not the first time she bad-mouthed Sophia to him.
He had never taken her words to heart before.
For some reason, her words irritated him today.
“You know what I mean! She knows that you’re planning your engagement party today, so she deliberately lured you away from Louise!” she spat out.
Finally, he comprehended what she meant.
He snorted. “You think Sophia is clinging to me?”
