FOURTYTWO-THE BIG BATTLE (Part 2)

Simon POV

"Useless!" I shouted as my pack was being decimated.

I saw Silas and Prax fighting with the Alpha and his family. I was amazed by the sheer size of their wolves and felt my cock harden as I eyed Staci's gorgeous white wolf. I gazed again as Silas was getting his ass handed to him. I had to admit the Alpha was strong and showed his skills by putting Silas on his ass. I scoffed and shook my head at Silas's arrogance at thinking he could take on the Alpha himself. I looked out onto the battlefield and watched as a massive wave of warriors came running through the tree line.

"What the fuck!" I growled as they tore through my warriors, Prax's, and Ozul's men.

I heard whimpering and looked to see Silas and Prax getting dragged. Prax was greedy and wanted to go after Staci since he couldn't have one of my daughters. By the looks of things, his time was ending. I looked again, and I saw vines sprout from the ground. His hind legs were grabbed as he whimpered and howled.

"What a fucking idiot," Satan said.

I sniffed the air, smelled vampires in the area, and looked up in the trees as vampires grabbed wolves from the ground and sliced their throats.

"What the hell?!" Ozul shouted.

"We should retreat, Simon."

"We don't have the warriors for this!" I heard Ozul shivering like a damn coward and growled.

I grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and got into his face.

"Listen, you little shit."

"I didn't come all this way and lose my prize. You are either with me or against me!" I growled in his face as he hissed and his fangs extended.

"Send your warriors out to do their damn job!" I yelled as Ozul looked at me.

I heard a whimper and saw that Silas had met his end just like Prax. I heard thumping paws and saw a few of Prax's warriors running away from the battle.

"Where the fuck are you all going?!" I shouted at them as they stopped. I saw Prax's second-in-command as he shifted back and looked at me.

"Do you not see the army they have!"

"And those two fucking white wolves are decimating us left and right!" he shouted. I growled.

"I'm out of here. I'm not ready to die!" he shouted as I grabbed his throat and growled.

"You don't leave until I say so."

"You go back out there and do the job that you are getting paid for," I said, throwing him back into the battle and looking at Ozul.

"Get the arrows ready!"

"It's time to take these wolves down a notch," I smirked as Ozul got his vampires into position.

I watched as the vampires got into place on the top of the hill and smirked with satisfaction that I would get my hands on a female white wolf.

Ace POV

We returned to the battle after killing Silas and seeing my Dad rip out the other wolf's throat. We still had the upper hand as the rogues started retreating because their leader was dead. I sniffed the air and saw the two figures at the top while the vampires lined up with their arrows, and I gasped.

"EVERYONE, GET BACK NOW!" I shouted as all the Alphas and the warriors retreated behind me.

I linked Paulão and told him to bring the witch to the battlefield. I concentrated on my energy and created a massive forcefield surrounding the wolves. At the same time, King Magnus told his men to hold firm outside the forcefield since vampires are immune to silver. I watched as the vampires let the arrows go and heard the speed at which the arrows flew.

"NOW!" King Magnus shouted as his men used speed and charged toward the vampires on the hilltop.

I watched as the arrows broke on impact, hitting the forcefield as Magnus's men started killing the vampires on the hill. I let the forcefield down as all the warriors charged toward the top. I sniffed the air again as some vampires hid in the trees and told my men to take care of them first. I felt a few bonds breaking as my warriors were being killed by the vampires that we couldn't get to in time.

King Magnus's men were doing their best to care for the ones on the hill, but my warriors and the allied pack's warriors were getting hit left and right.

"Paulão, where is the witch?" I linked my warrior as I killed vampires and wolves in my path.

"Carlito! Julio!" I shouted and created a rock wall to protect my Beta and Gamma as arrows broke against the wall.

"We are here, Alpha," I heard Paulão say as an arrow struck me in the shoulder.

"AH!" I yelled and fell to my knees as the silver burned.

"ACE!" I heard my Mother's voice as Helena and Paulão ran toward us.

"Hold still, young Alpha," I grunted and bit my lip as Helena pulled out the arrow and felt a rush of warm energy enter my body.

"Let me take care of this."

"Deal with the vampires," Helena said as she stood before us.

I watched as my Mother healed my wound. Helena started chanting in a language I'd never heard before as her eyes glowed. I heard arrows coming again, stood up, and released fireballs from my hands. I felt a presence beside me as my Mother used her dragon's breath to help me burn the arrows.

"Ace more vampires and wolves have gathered on the southern border," Rafe linked me.

"Take care of it, and we will deal with the vampires here!" I linked back.

I heard Helena still chanting as the arrows froze mid-air; my Mother and I stopped our firepower and watched the arrows change direction and head toward the vampires. My eyes widened as the arrows struck the vampires, killing them instantly.

"ACE! We need you!" Carlito shouted, and I linked with the other warriors to send reinforcements.

"Ace?" I heard Alpha Patrick's voice as he ran up to me.

"I will take a few warriors and go deal with the shits at the southern border."

"Hold down de fort," I nodded as Alpha Patrick and his warriors shifted and took off toward the southern border.

"We need to kill Ozul."

"That's the leader," I heard Helena say.

"On it," I say, shifting into Apollo with my Father beside me.

"WARRIORS!" I shout through the link.

"We need to take out the vampire's leader and the other Alpha if we want this fight to end!"

"Let's show these cowards what the Blue Eclipse pack is made of!" I said and heard howls as I led my warriors into the battle.

As my warriors took care of the remaining vampires Magnus's men missed, we charged into the battle. I watched the Alpha shift into his midnight black wolf and charge toward my Mother, who was fighting beside my Father. Apollo growled and got in his way as he snarled at us.

"He will pay with his life!" Apollo roared.

"That he will, buddy. Let's finish this," I said as the wolf charged at us.

Apollo was going head-to-head with this wolf. I had to admit he was strong and put up a good fight. Apollo whimpered as the wolf headbutted and knocked us back.

"The fuck?!" Apollo growled.

"Don't lose focus, Apollo," I encouraged my wolf as he huffed and returned to his fighting stance.

The wolf charged again, did a quick side-step, and clawed our side as we howled in pain.

"Apollo, you okay?!" I asked my wolf as he whimpered.

"That stings like a bitch" he growled.

"Son, I got him," I heard my Father as Ares stepped beside us, and my Father growled at the wolf.

"Go take care of that vampire leader."

"I got this piece of shit," Dad linked.

I felt my Mother rub my side as some of her healing energy entered my body and healed the gash on my right side.

"Thanks, Mom," I said as she tilted her head and watched my Father fight the other Alpha.

Apollo sniffed the air, found the vampire's scent, and ran toward the source. Apollo looked back and saw that Dad was giving that other Alpha a run for his money.

"Go, Dad," I thought and continued toward the vampire leader.

"Right here with you, Alpha," I skid to a stop and saw Helena and Paulão behind me.

"What the fuck!" I shouted.

"We are coming to help you," Helena said, and I nodded.

"Next time, tell me you're following me, witch," I linked Paulão to speak to her as she chuckled.

"So pushy, Alpha," she smirked, and we continued our run toward the few vampires I saw guarding their leader as they fought against my warriors and King Magnus.

Simon POV

"Satan, what the fuck?!" I shouted at my wolf as Antonio was a force to be reckoned with.

"This Alpha is fucking strong."

"What do you expect me to do?" he said as I growled.

His fighting was like nothing I'd ever seen. His wolf connected each hit and dodged mine simultaneously.

"Focus, Satan. We cannot lose this opportunity to get Staci as our mistress," I growled as Satan huffed.

"Don't you think I know that dumb ass," he growled back.

Satan tried to snip at his paws, but he just kept quickly dodging Satan's jaws. Satan snarled and charged full speed at Antonio as he jumped up, and we slid under his body.

"Let me take him. You are fucking this up!" I growled at Satan as he huffed.

"Oh, sure, like you can do any better," he growled, and I shifted back.

I watched as Antonio shifted back, and his wife stood beside him in wolf form. I smirked.

"She is quite beautiful, Antonio."

"But I think it's time she had a real Alpha to show her the proper place she needs to be, which is in bed with her legs spread for me!" I shouted as he growled at me.

I watched as Antonio started to take a charging step when his wife growled, and he stopped mid-step.

"What the fuck is going on?" I thought as Satan hummed.

I looked and saw that Antonio and Staci seemed to be mind-linking. I growled, ran full speed at Antonio, and swung my fist in his direction, but I didn't make contact as I looked, and he was beside me.

"What the..." I started to say and felt a strong force knock me in the jaw, and blood pooled in my mouth.

I shook off the punch and wiped the blood from my lip. I growled and charged at Antonio as he dodged my attacks.

"Get him, Simon!" Satan growled in my head as I was frustrated at not connecting my punches and kicks.

I went to throw another punch, and it connected to Antonio's jaw. he staggered back. He shook off the hit, spit blood from his mouth, and growled at me. I charged quickly, faking like I was going to throw a left hook as he went to block my punch, and I promptly side-stepped and swept my leg out, kicking his legs from under him, and he fell back on the ground. I quickly toppled Antonio and rained down punch after punch to his face and body.

"You thought you could beat me, Antonio!" I shouted and extended my claws, ready to deliver the final blow.

"Just know your wife will be screaming my name after I take the pleasure of killing you," I chuckled and brought my clawed hand down to rip out his heart.

I grunted as my hand didn't budge and looked to see a thorny vine wrapped around my wrist.

"What the fuck?!" I shouted as another vine wrapped around my other wrist.

I growled and tried to break free, and vines started growing from the ground and wrapped around my body, hoisting me off of Antonio.

"RELEASE ME!" I shouted.

I tried to shift, but a vine wrapped around my neck and squeezed tightly as I gasped for air.

"Satan?!" I called to my wolf, but it got silent.

I struggled and growled as the Alpha got up from the ground and saw the white wolf had shifted back into Staci. Her eyes were a misty white as she concentrated, and the vines squeezed my neck harder.

"AHHHH!" I yelled as I felt a vine wrap around my cock and slice through the flesh as blood poured on the ground.

I felt the vines stretch out, bringing my limbs with them as I screamed from the pressure.

"AHH, Janette, please!" I begged.

"How many others begged and didn't receive sympathy for your mistreatment before you killed them," she said as the vines pulled my arms from my body.

I dropped to my knees and looked up at the three faces staring back at me.

"He's all yours," Staci said to Janette as her black eyes focused on me.

I watched as she raised her hand with her claws extended and shoved her hand inside my chest. I gasped as she grabbed my beating heart.

"That's for my daughters and me, you worthless piece of shit," she said and ripped it out of my chest was the last thing I heard before the darkness took over and everything faded.

Ozul POV

I was killing some of the wolves with my men when I looked to see that Alpha Simon had met his end at the hands of his mate.

"Master, there's too many, and the arrows aren't doing much, and we are running low on weapons," I hissed and continued fighting as the were-bear clan led by Espen came running from the west side and started killing my men.

"The witch took off the spell," I growled and killed another wolf.

"We should retreat!" one of my warriors shouted, and I hissed, grabbed his neck, and ripped his head off.

"Anyone else who wants to run and hide like a pussy, can die just like him," My warriors flinched back but continued fighting and did what they were told.

"Ozul," I heard a familiar voice and turned to see the King of the vampires himself, and I chuckled.

"King Magnus," I said with venom. I smirked as his violet eyes stared at me.

"How does it feel knowing you are going to die?" I asked as he growled at me and showed his fangs.

I heard a howl and saw the Alpha coming our way with an army of wolves behind him and the witch bitch herself. I hissed and told my warriors to kill every last wolf. It was a losing battle as the wolves took down my men left and right; only a few of us left. I was about to rip out a wolf's throat when I heard a loud growl and saw the Alpha had shifted back to his human form.

"ENOUGH!" he shouted as everyone stopped fighting.

I felt the aura around him as everyone immediately dropped to their knees and bowed before the Alpha.

"What the fuck are you doing?!" I shouted at my warriors.

"GET UP!" I yelled, but my warriors didn't budge.

"How many of you will die for a useless cause?"

"For the selfish assholes who swore to lead and protect you only for you to die for their selfish greed?" I heard the Alpha say as his aura expanded, and I listened to the whimpers of my warriors and his.

"YOU ARE ALL A BUNCH OF FOOLS, BOWING DOWN TO A MUTT!" I shouted, and the Alpha growled at me.

I watched as he took steps toward me, and Magnus stopped him.

"Let me," I heard him say as he walked forward and took a fighting stance.

"Oh, this should be fun," I said, standing before him.

Ace POV

When Magnus stopped me from going to kill that fucking vampire, I didn't argue and let Magnus have this moment. The other warriors and vampires stood back as Magnus and Ozul faced off against each other. I heard thumping paws approaching and looked to see Czar and Jupiter, along with Alpha Patrick and his warriors, running our way.

"How is the southern border?" I asked as Carlito and Julio shifted back and put on shorts.

"All the borders are clear."

"Most vampires and rogues surrendered when they found out their leaders were dead," I nodded in understanding and watched King Magnus go blow for blow with Ozul. His warriors were afraid even to try to help him.

"Is that the vampire leader?" Julio asked, and I nodded.

"Yes, I was going to fight him, but Magnus wanted this fight for himself, and I wasn't going to argue," I said.

"What are the casualties for all the pack, including ours?" I asked as Carlito looked distant for a second.

"We've lost 50 warriors, Alpha Partick lost 30, Midnight Moon lost 25, Dark Moon lost 20, Crescent Moon lost 15, Golden Moon lost 15, Redwood lost 16, and Espen hasn't lost any so far," I nodded.

I looked back at the fight. Magnus got the upper hand and upper-cut the other vampire, then flew back into a tree. Magnus used his super speed, quickly grabbed the other vampire by his neck, and hissed in his face.

I watched as Ozul struggled to free Magnus's grip as blood started dripping down Ozul's neck.

"Let me go!" he hissed as Magnus squeezed harder.

"You should have stayed out of it, Ozul, but because you are greedy like Simon and Prax, you deserve your fate," Magnus told Ozul.

"AHHH!!" I heard Ozul yell as Magnus ripped his head off. I looked at Magnus as he stared at me and nodded.

"Those who fought here today deserve to be punished."

"But I'm willing to give second chances since all of you decided to be smart and surrender for your lives!" I shouted in my Alpha tone as one of the warriors from Stone Valley stood up.

"Alpha, we only did want Simon wanted because he threatened to kill our mates and children if we didn't obey his command," the warrior bowed and stood back. I saw another warrior walk forward.

"The ones that are dead are the ones that wanted to be greedy and selfish," he said as he stepped back.

I looked at Carlito and Julio and mind-linked them on what we should do about the remaining warriors and vampires. After discussing what to do and talking to the other Alphas, we let the warriors decide which pack was best for them. The remaining vampires chose to go to the Nyxshire Kingdom and become guards for King Magnus. He said he would evaluate them first before he gave them warrior duties. The same went for me and the other Alphas with the warriors that wanted to join our packs.

After all the discussion, my parents walked toward me with Janette behind them. I hugged my Father and Mother while thanking them for their help. Everyone helped us clean up, and my Mother and I lit the piles.

"Alpha Ace?" I saw Helena standing there with her hands before her as she smiled.

"My job here is done, and I would like to return to my coven, although helping your pack and others gave me a new insight on things, and I want to change my ways and help the supernatural," I smiled and patted her shoulder.

"I'm glad to hear that, Helena."

"You're not bad, but you can't flirt with everyone," I chuckled as she huffed.

"Considering that I'm single and have no one to keep me warm at night, I'll take what I can get," Helena smirked and clicked her tongue. I watched as she eyed me up and down and licked her lips.

"Such a shame you have a mate. I would take you for a spin," she chuckled as my eyes widened.

"Tootles Alpha," she said, dropping a vile on the ground as a cloud of white smoke appeared, and she vanished.

I shook my head and addressed my warriors to take the rest of the day off and rest. I had Carlito and Julio arrange funerals for our fallen and told them to send flowers to the families. I walked toward the castle, my body exhausted. I just wanted to shower and cuddle with my mate and sons.

Once back at the castle, all the members were released from the bunkers, and I saw Rachel run to me and wrap her arms around my waist.

"I'm so glad you're okay," she sniffled, and I rubbed my fingers through her hair.

"Where are the boys?" I asked and pulled back as she wiped her tears.

"My mother has them," I nodded, and we walked inside the castle.

Rachel and I gathered the boys from Sarah, and we thanked everyone for their hard work as we headed up to our floor. After we arrived, I excused myself to shower as Rachel cleaned the boys up and changed their clothes.

Rachel joined me in the shower after she was done and helped me wash the dirt and blood from my body.

"Thank you," I told her as she stared at me.

"For what?" Rachel asked as I sighed.

"For giving our bond a chance and believing in me," I said as she kissed my lips.

We finished our shower and dressed for bed. We laid the boys between us as we drifted peacefully.
