Pain, Anger and disgust was all I felt as we made our way back to the pack house Emerald rejected me, she chose to leave the pack forever I took long srides towards room in anger.

Werewolves had the tendency to heal immediately unlike humans, becen an Alpha I healed even faster than normal werewolves.
“Stop hurting yourself Xavier, I can’t bare to watch you break down like this it is eating me up” she said and I stared at her without a word.

“The rumours about Emerald leaving the pack is everywhere” he said calmly.
“why do you call them rumours when it is obvious she left the pack?” I asked in

“They are rumours until you give an official word to the pack everyone knew she was your mate before the whole rejection happened” he said and I looked away. Jayden used. to be so fond of her if only he knew she was nothing but a ruthless woman.
“Do you have any idea who that man was?” I asked and he stopped walking
“Which man?” he asked curiously.
“The man in the boat from last night, the one that took Emerald and the baby away I said and he gave me a thoughtful look

I got busy with pack duties and I could feel the emptiness in my chest Rolfe was mourning his mate quiet badly and I wonder why he thinks Emerald and Nala are same persons, Emerald is heartless.

“I was unable to gather anything Alpha, no one knows the man not even the soldiers” he said and I hit the table infront of me in anger.
“I will get her and when I do, I will make her regret everything she ever did to me” I said. out of anger.

“Good morning Miss Anderson, you have a meeting with the clients from Australia by 11 am and an interview with V…” My personal assistant said as she tried to keep up with my pace while following me behind.
I walked towards my office clad in a black colored suit and pants five years, it has been five whole years since I left the werewolf realm, it have been five years since I built a name for myself as RACHEL ANDERSON. My father has always been supportive through out these years, he had me trained by the best of human teachers, he made me the strong woman I am today.
Winning the billionaire of the year awards twice in a row and bagging the bests of deals, everyone know me as the ruthless Heiress of the Anderson Empire.
“Cancel the interview with V, I don’t think I can meet up” I said and she blinked at me thrice.

“Good” I said walking towards my office sat down and I opened my laptop and got myself busy with work for the day.

“Go get me my morning coffee and please no sugar” I said and watched her leave my office immediately.
Getting up from my chair, I got a call from my dad.
“Hey papa” I said Immediately I picked up I have been nothing but cold to everyone else but when it comes to my father and my soon I am nothing but a softie.
Dad has been the best thing that have ever happen to me and my son Damien. Damien. has grown to be a cute little kid with enough smartness to last him a life time.
Damien can be notorious when he wants to be but I do not plan on telling him anything about his father not anytime soon. He has asked me numerous times about his father and I have told him he doesn’t have one I couldn’t bring myself to explain everything especially not with the way he treated us,
