Chapter seven.

Melanie groaned in pans as she opened her eyes.

Her back arched and she was squirming.

Her tummy made a loud growl, she was damn hungry and needed food to fill her empty stomach. Her throat was soggy and dry, it longed for a drip of water on it.

She opened her eyes abruptly and looked around the strange room.

It was neat bright and looked elegant.

The room was fit for royalty, she wondered where she was.

The last thing she could remember was her fainting while having a conversation with a huge bird only for it to turn into an old lady and say it was her grandmother.

The next and last thing was she fainted.

She shrugged her shoulders and yawned sitting up on the bed edge.

** Melanie's POV **

I shrugged off my shoulders.

"must be one of my frequent nightmares”

I thought to myself as I sank my hands in my hair.

I had no idea who mounted me here.

The old lady spoke to me in the most kind and mild voice anyone has ever used to speak to me except my mother of course.

The pains were excruciating and hell.

I was in a world of torment.

I yelled and I felt every single bone in my body crack broken as my body finally went numb and I closed my eyes to welcome the dark.
