Chapter 21 The Ugly Green Eyed Monster

I wear thigh high liquid leather boots, leather shorts and a white fitted button down with a tail. My uncle is on the karaoke machine when he sees me enter the room, “There’s my baby girl! Come up with your uncle and sing with me!” He knew how to put me on the spot. I let him start it off while he did the Bobby Brown running man. “Okay lil mama take over, I’ll be your back up.” I start to sing Spread My Wings by Troop, everyone in the room is shocked at my voice and that I wasn’t looking at the screen.

Everyone gave us a standing ovation. Uncle Reggie follows me off the stage with Johnny Kemp playing in the background. We made our way to the VIP section upstairs. I could swear someone is watching us, specifically me. I didn’t have time to check, I sent out a link for everyone to be on alert.

The entire team is at Ominous tonight, which gave me no worries. My uncle handed me an external drive, “Baby girl, what you are looking for is right there, your concerns have been validated. This is deeper than trafficking. I’ll be staying for a while as well as your team. You’ll need us close sooner rather than later. You know where I’ll be, driving your parents crazy, your grandmother told me to tell you ANA BIHIBBIK (I love you in Egyptian). You should try and see her and your grandfather on your next break.”

My other grandmother was a special lady, I miss her too. Her and Aunt Brie taught me so much about energy work, being one with the universe. “I will, I might bring someone with me depending how it works out.” Reggie gives me a devilish grin, ”I bet you will.” He always knew how to make someone laugh.

Uncle Reggie kisses my forehead and went back to the lower levels of the club. I go to my private booth, high on my perch so to speak. Sitting with Michelle, my number one archer; there was no target she couldn’t hit. Her mate Lennox was deejaying slightly older dancehall/hip hop blends at the moment. Modern dancehall was now being played; we both left the booth with Lex joining us. Everyone loves dancing with him because he was no threat to any woman and knows how to have a good time.

Just as I was getting closer, I felt waves of anger and rage roll all over us. This put me on go time, trying to find the source. Nolan had Lex in his hand by his neck in the air. “Nolan? What the hell are you doing here? Put Lex down now!” I use my aura making him submit to my command.

Nolan reluctantly put Lex down, but not releasing his grip on Lex’s neck. My entire legion crowds the dance floor as patrons get out the way to the outskirts of the floor.

“Is this what you do, grind on other men behaving like a slutty human!” What the fuck, he is about to get stomped the hell out by my legion.

They don’t care who he was, especially when it came to me. “Hold the fuck up, what did you say to me? You must have lost your mind, let go of Lex now!” I threw my aura out full blast on him, causing it to boom in the entire VIP section, he was sweating trying to fight it. Everyone is cowering from me.

“Yo! You got some fucking nerve coming in here trying to run the place. We will fuck you up, you have no idea who you are messing with!” Lex and all my legion have him surrounded, in my peripheral I sense two dozen Lycans. The tension felt like quicksand. “Lex, I deeply apologize for my…mate. Are you okay?” Lex looked down at me, ”Yeah, I’m cool, just go handle your mate before we do and his Lycans!” Nolan scoffs at Lex’s remark, ”In your dreams cupcake!”

“Nolan, enough and shut it! Let’s go, now! Drinks on the house for everyone, top shelf!” Nolan attempts to drag me like a rag doll out the club. That was not going to happen! “No!, you will not treat me like your property, you follow me!” I take him through the back entrance of my establishment, Uncle Reggie gave me a nod as I pass the karaoke room. What the hell was he planning to do with those damn Lycans? Nolan tries to drag me to his Porsche 911, I counter dragging him to my roadster.

“Have one of your Lycans drive it back to the mansion. Get in!” The anger from him was nearly suffocating. I hit the highway immediately, “What was that about and why are there Lycans in my club?” Nolan gives me a side eye, “Before I even dignify you with an answer, why were YOU dancing like a harlot up against that hybrid? Making a spectacle of yourself!” I hit the brakes hard pulling off on the emergency shoulder, making him lunge forward almost hitting the dashboard.

I undid my seat belt, turn to face him, smacking the shit out of him on both cheeks. I left a ring print on his face. ”First of all, I’m not a fucking whore like all the narrow bitches you slept with. Secondly, I barely touched Lex. It’s dancehall music you uncultured swine and lastly Lex is gay. You damn jackass! I knew it was too good to be true. You Lycans think once you’re mated or found your mate that any and everything your mate does is up to your control, down to who they interact with. This is why I didn’t want to be mated, especially to a Lycan! You suffocate a mother fucker to death. My eye was twitching while I try to bring my own anger down. He was looking me dead in my eyes, not even blinking. I was about to put my seat belt back on to put the car back in drive. Nolan has other ideas, pushing my seat back, planting me in his lap and went straight for my mating spot with his mouth. He growled making me moan. “Elaina, you are mine and will always be mine.”

He placed me back in my seat, readjusted it for me too. I drove the rest of the way to the mansion in silence. We walk into the mansion when his phone went off. I could hear everything being said, he turns to face me, “Elaina, I have to go, don’t wait up for me.” He grabs my hand placing a kiss on the back of it. Great ! now I’m stuck in here alone. I need a stress reliever from this hot mess of a night.

Entering the drawing room, I pour myself some wine, dug in his cigar box to find one of his hash vapes. I hadn’t tried it yet since Dominic brought them to Ominous. It was more intoxicating than anything I’ve tried before, something my kind rarely experienced. I definitely need to invest; this was going to make me a sizable profit. Three drinks in and my head was spinning.

I get to the living room and couldn’t make it to the elevator with the vape in hand, abandoning my wine glass. The lights all though dim were too bright for me, blinding the hell outta me. I lay on the leather couch with its coolness calming my inflamed skin. I sprawl my entire body out, boots and all.

Nolan’s POV

Entering the front door, I caught Elaina’s scent amplified. Charles links me Elaina was asleep in the living room. She still had her clothes and boots on, she clearly never made it upstairs last night. Scooping her body up in my arms, her head flops backwards and a vape pen in her hand. This little devil was beyond intoxicated.

I carry her to the elevator when she scrunches her face, burying her head into my chest. I gently place her on the bed and try to take off her boots. These things were tight, how did she even get in them? I remove her shorts and shirt revealing her perfect body and black lace underwear. I retrieve a clean tank top and shorts to put on her, she wasn’t having it.

“Too hot, I don’t want it.” Her eyes were still closed. I attempt to dress her one more time as she pushes me off and starts kicking out her legs. I just gave up dressing her and decide to take a shower hoping it would decrease my libido.

Coming out the bathroom I saw Elaina sprawled in the middle of the bed with her scent engulfing the room. Getting into my shorts I take her phone putting it on the charger before getting into bed. Nudging Elaina over was a bad idea, it causes her scent to intensify even more. I think she might be in early stages of heat, but with her kind you couldn’t be for certain. Elaina wraps herself around my body with her head in my neck inhaling deeply and sighing in her sleep.

I kiss her on the forehead, Elaina starts rubbing on my chest. I move her hands; she moves them back with them traveling to my abdomen. Elaina moves her body further on top of me starting to kiss my cheeks traveling to my mouth. I try to resist her attack, it was in vain, as I gave in kissing her back, caressing her body.

I place her underneath me feeling every curve, licking her neck, nibbling on her breast through her bra. Elaina’s body arches up into mine while my mouth travels down her torso. I was tempted to remove her underwear to taste her every inch; I reluctantly resist finally and just spoon her.

Elaina’s POV

The alarm on my phone wakes me up showing me, it was 8 o’clock . I didn’t have class until late afternoon. How did I end up in bed in the first place? The last thing I remember is being on the couch, feeling hot. My clothes? How did I get undressed? I did a quick body check; my vagina was still intact. Nolan came in the room with a glass of god knows what. It looks unpalatable and I want no parts of that. He finally had a shirt on for a change. “This will help with the migraine.”

I pull back in protest to whatever concoction he made, maneuvering my way away from it. “Hey, how did I get in bed last night and what happened to my clothes?”

Nolan finds my questions entertaining, ”I came home to find you on the couch with a vape in your hand after I followed your scent. I carried you to bed and tried to put your pajamas on.” He lifts up a tank top and shorts off the bench. “It’s not like I haven’t seen you in a sports bra before just this time no bottoms, you didn’t want me to put anything on you.” He simply shrugs after his explanation. “I don’t know how much wine you drank but you emptied an entire vape pen of my hash oil. I’m gone after four hits.”

Nolan shoves the glass back towards me as I shake my head. ”Come on, Elaina, drink it, you’ll be able to focus for your classes today.” I threw my hands up and drink the nasty looking swamp gunk, holding my nose. It is nastier than it looks. Probably tastes worse than dog shit; I need to brush my teeth after that torture.

Before I get any further he swept me up back on the bed laying directly on top of me. “You were very affectionate last night, wrapping your body around me.“ I did no such thing, oh, yes I did! ”Clearly I was high, and mistakes do happen.“ Making a second attempt to move only to be blocked again. “Oh but my sweet, Elaina, I don’t believe it was a mistake at all.”

He is planting kisses from my forehead to my nose lingering around my lips. “I think you let your guard down and did exactly what you wanted. Perhaps there are more things you want to do. I’d be happy to teach you.” His lips are almost on mine as I decide to blurt out a comment that would kill his libido, “I’m still angry with you from last night for showing your ass at my club,” Sliding out from underneath him running into the bathroom.

Searching my foggy memories confirmed his version of events. Sure enough, I did exactly what he said I did. He hadn’t even been in bed five minutes when I tried to rape him. I got in the shower attempting to scrub my shame away. Coming out the bathroom in a towel, only to catch a glimpse of him out the corner of my eye. He is stalking me; his shorts were tented holding back his erection.

He makes three attempts to put my body in his clutches, missing every time. Nolan is getting frustrated with my evasive tactics. I leap from the bench to the bed. Now he is focused between my legs, the towel was parted a little too far. He takes the opportunity of my distraction to gut check me on the bed. Any other time I’d destroy him, but this was not the place or time to expose what I really was. Nolan holds himself up looking down at me with my towel completely undone, his eyes became totally deep-sea blue. I could feel the vibration of his chest as he growls.

Nolan’s voice was gritty and deeper, “Relax, Elaina, you’ve seen me naked, you should be comfortable with nudity being around wolves all the time.” My nipples harden when he shifts his weight between my legs and my vagina began flowing with my juices. Taking his right hand from my cheek, down my neck, rubbing his way down the center of my torso and halting right at my pelvis making infinity signs causing my skin to erupt in goose bumps. “I’ll stop if you tell me to, just tell me you don’t want this.” My breathing picked up with him teasing me, making it ever so hard to concentrate my response.

A knock came to the door, breaking both our concentration. While Nolan turns his body, I slide from the side darting into the closet. I concentrate enough energy to slow down his movement for a few minutes, putting on some grey joggers, white sneakers and a crew neck t shirt. Nolan came back in the room, then ducks his head in the closet looking disappointed I am already dressed. “There is a large box downstairs for you, what did you order?” Oh yeah, the treadmill, totally forgot about ordering it. “It’s a treadmill, the one in the gym stopped working when I used it Saturday. So, I ordered a new one.”

“That’s strange, I was just on it Friday morning, no problems. I’ll have it taken out and the new one set up. You didn’t have to replace it, if you would have told me I would have given you my card to pay for it.” I was listening to him but also looking for my keycard, I couldn’t even find my back up keycard. “Elaina, what are you looking for?” I am narrowing my eyes at him; he knew exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t feel like arguing this morning. “My keycard. I had it last night nor can I find my spare card.” I knew Nolan took them while I was still asleep. “They’ll show up eventually, but of course I can drop you off and pick you up, just text me when you’re done.”
