Elijah P.O.V.

When I told her to hurry up before we were last for school and Jake was waiting for us outside the jeep. Her face was priceless when her cute little mouth was wide open, and a shocked look on her face. I started grinning out the door.

I turned back around and spoke.

"Are you coming sweetheart?"

"We should get going on," I said, staring into her face, but she wasn't looking at me but staring through me. So, I turned back around and walked out the door waiting for her to follow. I stopped at the end of her porch, and I was going to turn back around to see if she was finally going to move and follow me. By the time I thought about that she finally moved. I heard her tiny footsteps behind me. I started walking towards Jake Jeep.

Avery P.O.V.

What is going on? I never dream of not one but two most popular guys coming here to my house to pick me up for school. I always drive or Ashely would pick me and Natalie up. But lately, I have not seen Ashely and Natalie. I am always too occupied with homework and other stuff.

I thought with a blush. But now I am standing here probably looking like stupid fish around Elijah inside my house by the front door. And he sees my mouth open and a shocked look on my face. I did hear him talk and chuckle, but I couldn't move or speak when he and Jake were around me.

It's like my mouth is glued shut until I have forced it open. Then I heard him say something about you going to come and we better hurry or we will be late for something? I didn't realize he was talking about school.

And I opened my ears and stopped and looked at his back when he was walking out the door. But then he stops and turns back around to face me and smirks and says it's going to be late and we better hurry to get to Jake jeep?

Then he started turning back around towards Jake's jeep and started walking but before he turned all the way around, I saw his smirk and heard him chuckle walking down the steps and he looked like he was going to stop. It was like we were waiting for someone or something. I sighed and took a step and started walking behind him towards Jake's jeep.

Five minutes Ago…

Jake P.O.V.

When we pulled up to her house, I was thinking how nervous I am that we are going to tell her soon we are her mates. I hope she will accept us and not reject us. I don't blame her if she tells us to go to hell and never come back. We were mean to her growing up. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

"Hey, dude you okay there?" Elijah asked me. Yes, he had to come soon. He said he didn't trust me alone with her. So, if we’re her mate we have to be together with her. So, yeah, I feel the same way about not trusting him, but I wasn't going to tell him that. I thought to myself.

When I turned off the engine. I looked over at Elijah, I saw him staring out the window looking at her house. So, I wondered who was going to go up to her door.

By that time, I was thinking that he already got his seatbelt off and opened the door and got out of the jeep and shut the door. He started walking up to her door.

"Well, fuck me!" I said out loud. That some-of-bitch beat me to it. I hit the steel wheel. I chuckled and shook my head at Elijah. He looked back at me with his cocky grin and turned around and walked up to her porch and rang the doorbell smiling.

Avery P.O.V.

I started walking to Jake's jeep. Now I was in front of Jake's jeep and Elijah standing in front of the jeep door and he is smiling at me. Okay, I gave him a cautious look. I didn't want to be jumped or hurt by him and Jake. So, when he was opening the back door. I kind of flinched and jumped a little. When I saw his face. I wished I didn't do that. He looked hurt and with pain on his face. But he should know I don't trust him. He has always been an asshole to me since I was six years old. I remembered him pulling on my pigtails and throwing mud at my face and clothes. Well, He would and Jake.

Well Jake only did it because Elijah Woods wouldn't be his friend and he was popular, so they had to bully the weak person in school and that was me. And their friends would bully my friends. God, they were stupid dumbheads. I can't help it when I like them.

We were driving down the road toward school.

Yes, I was in the backseat of Jake's jeep. He was driving us to school. I was holding on to the door handle because he was driving a little too fast, and I didn't want them to try anything on me. So, I kept my eyes on both of them and counted down when I got out of this vehicle with two guys that bullied me.

Five Minutes later…

Oh, good we were here at the school. I saw people surrounding the building and the parking lot with a calm and relaxed attitude. I can breathe a little bit now I made it to school with Jake's crazy driving and they didn't bully me and made me feel like I wanted to die.

"Oh, Avery!" Stop it" We okay, aren't we?" "They are not going to hurt you anymore," Angelstar said in my mind.

I rolled my eyes at her. I replied.

"How would you know huh, they won't hurt me anymore?" I asked her with a confusing tone in my voice. How would she know what's going on? She has been gone and now she is back. I was angry and upset with my wolf.

"Where have you been again?" I asked her, annoyed.

She rolled her eyes, and she wasn't going to tell me anything until I heard two male wolves in my mind.
