“This symbol is a border between your and Daisy’s life, if you cross it, you will die! If you stay away, she will die!” He explained further, “The reason why you vomited blood was that you got close to that border!”

“How long does she have?” Jill had tears in her eyes.

“What is her name again? Daisy Carter right? Give me a second” He closed his eyes and after a minute he opened them back “I’m sorry but she hardly has four days” then he looked at his watch, “As a matter of fact she has three and a half day”

Jill cried helplessly, she was broken, and she wanted to do something but she had no idea what to do.

“I am sorry…” He apologized again, his face was explaining how sorry he was about what happened.

“He said you can get rid of the clan of the night… I was so….” She covered her mouth and control her tears “I was so sure about you” She stepped up “Excuse me” She got out and rushed out of the shop.

She saw Alec standing by the pole, he could see her eyes swollen, he stood straight but she gave him a look, a look that described she needs to be alone.

She kept running until she saw a telephone booth, she reached and with trembling hands, she dialed my number.

I picked up the call and heard shaking breath. “Hello? Who is it?” I spoke and waited for an answer, but she didn’t respond to me.

“Please don’t hang up… Talk to me? I know you want to say something! Please say.” I begged her and she finally broke her silence.

“I am sorry” I could hear her sobbing helplessly “I am sorry for what Jordan did to you, I am sorry that you had to go through that because of me!” She cried like a baby and then hung up.

I was shivering, Peter walked into the room and saw me with tears in my eyes, he asked what happened even though I told him what happened I was still speechless and shaking, how bad she was hurting and how badly she wanted to make up for what Jordan did? Anyone could feel that in her accent.

And it didn’t only effect me, Rehan also stayed up all night, searching for a way to help her, he had faced many clients but there was something about her eyes, no one felt so hurting like the way she was.

The next morning when Jordan went office, Jill went to the kitchen, she thought a lot about sacrificing herself for Daisy, and she was convinced she would do that for her, it was a better choice when compared to spending the rest of her life with a man who could even kill her in future.

But someone knocked on her door, when she opened it she saw Alec standing in front of her he handed over a note to her.

He walked away as soon as she took it from him.

“I promise I will help you! Even if I have to do it the other way! Just wait till tomorrow evening! Call me I will fill you up! Rehan” she read the note and in the end, was written his number. And a spark of light returned back to her eyes.

She was ready to make him pay, the woman who loved him most wanted him gone the most!

And this is how you lose someone’s trust! You make a wrong move and keep making wrong moves until The person you did that for... even they want to get as far away from you as possible.

This is why I love Peter more, he didn’t take any wrong steps, he just filled my existence with all the lights in the world and he threw all the happiness of the world under my feet.

While Jill was growing distant from Jordan I was growing closer and closer to Peter by each day.

I nodded while I smiled looking into his eyes.

I had no idea I was so at the edge that I fell down, my arm turned on the wrong angle and I felt my bone cracking so bad that made me scream the hell out.

Even my neck felt as if it was broken, my screams reached Peter who was in the bathroom, and he rushed out “Oh my God!” He quickly carried me.

My parents heard my screams too and they rushed to my room.

“Let me take her to the hospital!” Peter carried me in his arms.

“My arm.. my arm!!” I screamed with pain, in the end I fainted, the next moment I opened my eyes I found myself on the stretcher being rushed to the emergency.
