The day has finally come, yes the Travellers have arrived in St Louis.
Supported by their impressive military and technical teams, the Travellers will begin their final training for day when they travel back in time to visit Mississippi of one thousand years ago.
Led by MIT’s Professor William Cowen, we’re to believe that the team of twenty Travellers on the ground will include a hi-tech support team with drones.
This will be the largest contingent of Travellers yet seen.
Working with our local military communities and universities, Mississippi Traveller is set to attract a lot of attention to St Louis, for Traveller projects always include ongoing research and follow up missions.
Tomorrow, the Mayor will hold a civic reception where the Travellers will be presented with the Key to the City.
Not all are looking forward to the Mississippi Traveller mission. There have been some protests from local indigenous communities concerned for the safety of the people that will be visited, citing the New Zealand Traveller mission that resulted in the deaths of an unknown number of locals.
But Professor Cowen and his team reassure that this will be better organised to suit the research needs of the civilisation they will be visiting.
