"Let's go take a look. Your living room is so empty. I think the children would be happy if you decorated it with a painting," Sean suggested to Molly.

Molly agreed, "Sure. We'll go take a look, then."

Even though Molly did not reject Benjamin's invitation, he still felt upset because of Sean.

He asked someone to make arrangements before taking Molly and Sean to the auction venue.

Benjamin threw Sean a displeased look and turned around. On the other hand, Sean completely ignored him.

The two seemed friendly on the surface, but deep down, they could not stand each other.

After they entered the art exhibition venue, someone led them to their designated seats. Benjamin wanted to separate Molly and Sean. However, Sean already knew about his intentions. Sean tugged on Molly's hand before Benjamin could speak.

"Sit here."

Molly did not know about the emotions that were happening under their calm expressions, so she sat down.

Once again, Sean had ruined Benjamin's plans. However, Benjamin could not do a thing other than fume in anger quietly.

They all sat together; Molly was seated in the middle with Benjamin and Sean on each of her sides.

The auction started, and the workers showed them the paintings that were displayed at the art exhibition.

Benjamin tried to speak to Molly several times. Every time he tried to speak, Sean would stop him from speaking by talking about the paintings.

Finally, Benjamin got a chance to speak to Molly.

"Molly, do you see anything that you like? I can make a bid for

you."

"You don't have to go through such trouble, Mr. Forts. We can bid for it ourselves if we see something we like," Sean said coolly.

He purposefully mentioned him and Molly collectively, but Molly was too oblivious to notice. She agreed with Sean and struck another blow at Benjamin. "Mr. Anderson is right. The paintings at the auction were decent. While Molly was interested in a few of the paintings, this was an auction, after all, so some of them were bade to exorbitant prices. In the end, Molly lost interest in the paintings after seeing the prices.

'You're asking me to spend millions on a single painting? Do I look like a madman? I don't like those paintings enough to want to bid them, Molly thought.

This was why Molly had completely lost interest by the second half of the auction.

"You didn't see anything that you like? Why don't we go home? I'll get Tony to find you some paintings?"

Sean noticed that Molly had glanced at her watch several times. He could tell that she was getting bored.

Throughout the auction, she did not show any interest in any of the drawings.

"Why don't we go for a walk outside and have something to eat? I know a restaurant nearby that's pretty good," Benjamin suggested.

He did not want to be separated from Molly this soon.

Molly hesitated for a moment before she said, "Not this time, maybe next time. Mr. Anderson has work to do. It's also getting pretty late. I need to give medical treatment to him and my other two family members tonight."

'He can leave first if he has work to do,' Benjamin thought with annoyance.

However, Sean had no choice but to agree after hearing that Molly had to treat her family members at night.
