"I'll tell them to relocate anything here if you're not satisfied with their current placement," Sean turned around and said to Molly.

Actually, he was not very satisfied with this research institute. There was a better option, but he chose this one instead because that one was located too far away from home.

He hired a team to renovate the place to make up for the flaws, so the mansion could be perfect.
