Twilight of the Gods

Daeva doesn't remember being human. But what she does remember is the torture she endured in her first days as a God under the hands of the Elysians, seven celestial beings from another dimension who took over the universe after a bloody war. After years of running away from their influence and killing everyone who stood in her way, fate compels her to go back to Otherworld, the former home of the Gods and the site of her torture. There, the enigmatic Nyx and her servant, Matthius, entice her to play a game on the Board, a magical instrument that would give her control over civilizations, by granting her heart's truest wish. The catch? She needs to confront all seven of her tormentors. Will Daeva finally get her revenge against those that have hurt her? Or will she be just another chess piece in someone else's game?
