Kevin thought that finding silver stripes would take him just some weeks including months but that time in a blink of an eye turned to three years, he was now losing hope in finding him every clue he had, or trace of the man disappeared and left him with nothing.

This small town was the last one he would search and his last hope if he didn’t find him here, he would go back to his mate feeling defeated. At least Courtney and her father had four alphas out of the six that were near their area to help them, those alphas wanted to stop Eric as well and his rogues that worked with him, they were selling wolfsbane with a human drug in it, to other wolfs and young ones.

The human drug would heighten with the wolf bane and those who could resist it without dying said they felt like in another world and would consume more but most of the young ones as soon as it entered their system, they would drop dead.

Many packs were losing their young wolves, males and females, although not all the alphas had the courage to go against alpha Eric and his rogues, they didn’t want to risk more lives, eric was a powerful vile man and most people fear powerful people like him.

In the new town Kevin waited for the night to come. He will go night clubbing once again he will go to the biggest in this town. Maybe this time he will be lucky and find the guy he was looking for.

Once at the club the bouncer stopped him from entering “we don’t want any problems in the building wolf. It is better if you behave most of your kind only come to cause problems” the bear shifter said in a stern voice.

Kevin lifted one eyebrow in amusement “what makes you think I came to cause trouble; I’m here looking for someone once I find him, I will leave if he is not here, I will leave right away you won’t even notice me” the man nodded and let Kevin in.

Inside the club he could smell so many shifters, vampires included. There were bears, foxes, cat shifters (lions, leopards, tigers and bobcats) but no wolf shifters. He was the only one there.

Walking toward the bar he noticed a man with the description some people gave him of how silver stripes looked like he was sitting at the bar flirting with a barista and drinking a beer.

His platinum with black streaks on it moved with his laughter Kevin was looking at him to be sure he was the one he needed the guy had greenish with some yellows cat like eyes his confidence was another giveaway that he was a cat shifter and the man he has been searching for.

Kevin went to sit on the stool next to him to talk but the guy talked first “Hey dude I know I’m good looking but sorry I'm not into men, but my friend Danny is, and he is not that hard on the eye” he finished with a wink the other guy just chuckled and smirked at Kevin.

Was this man serious Kevin taught or was he joking “nah I have a mate I’ll pass; I have been looking for you we need your help” this caught the young man’s attention.

“In what can I help you or for what do you need my service wolf.” he said this man has picked his interest ha hasn’t done anything fun for a while.

“What is this alphas name” who could this wolf be silver thinks. “Eric Moreno” Kevin answers

“Oh, I have heard things about him we were going to investigate him, but then someone else came for our help and we forgot about him, well no you got my attention we will help you we will meet tomorrow at five am near the gas station out of town don’t be late.”

“Great thank you, silver stripes, you don’t know how much it means to us” Kevin was overjoyed that he agreed to help them.

“Well Jerry will see you tomorrow” and with that Kevin went back to the hotel to rest tomorrow he will have to wake early to meet with him.

When Kevin left three guy's approached jerry “who was that” asked Sony the bear shifter

“Someone that needs our help” Jerry said.

“We are going to help him. We don’t even know that wolf ″ Luis said he didn’t like wolves that much. He was a vampire, and they didn’t have a good history with wolves.

“Luis we don’t know half of the people we help yet we do it and I bet you will agree with me once you hear how we are going after” “and who is that Luis asked again.”

“You remember that alpha someone talk to you about the one you wanted to rip apart when you heard the rumors about him.”

“don’t tell me I man I forgot about that guy is the one selling drug's to minors what was his name, oh Eric it was if it is him count on me.”

“You are not going to stay” Sony asked “nah I’M bored I'm heading to bed there is nothing interesting tonight, before I leave, I will let the personal know we will close the club for some time and tell them that they will be well paid until we come back” with that said he left.
