The man paused, sounding puzzled, “Why are you so keen on cooperating with the Melendez Group, can I know why?”

“I have my reasons, you just need to help me! If it works out, I promise you, I can get you three collaborations with the Melendez Group.”

Leah smirked, “No.. my target is Emmett.”
When Clara returned to the office, she thought she would be swamped, but Ricardo had already sorted out all her files, even arranging Emmett’s schedule for the next day.
“Ricardo, you’ve really outdone yourself!” Clara, holding the files and pushing open the door to Ricardo’s office, said, “As a token of my appreciation, how about I treat you to dinner?”
“It’s alright!” Ricardo hurriedly waved his hand, ‘Mr. Melendez is very good to me. I should help out more when you guys are in trouble! Plus, how dare I go out to eat with you? If Mr. Melendez found out, he wouldn’t let me off the hook”
Clara immediately closed the door, “Keep your voice down, I don’t want anyone else to know about my relationship with Emmett!”
