“Here, don’t call me Mrs. Melendez! It’d be bad if someone heard.” Clara didn’t want too many people to know her identity. 

They might think she’s just after Emmett’s money or that she’s not fit to stand by his side. 

Even though that was true, she didn’t want to be the talk of the town. 

“Alright, I’ll watch it next time!” Ricardo chuckled, squinting his eyes. “By the way, have you ever had a beef with the Quintin Group?” 

“The Quintin Group? Don’t know them from Adam!” 

“That’s weird; the main source of this batch of wood came from the Quintin Group’s port! Their port usually only serves them, so this wood should be theirs too! Are you sure you don’t know them?”

Clara quickly looked again, but they were gone.
