Realizing something was wrong, Elijah opened the door and found no one at the computer desk. 

“Sheena?” Elijah entered the room and investigated. 

The gasping sounds were coming from under the desk! 

He swiftly lifted the tablecloth, revealing Sheena curled up in the confined space, her face unusually flushed and sweaty. 

He crouched down, gently touched her neck, and realized she was burning up.
