Michael realized he had misspoken and felt a little uneasy. “I’m sorry, Gina. I didn’t think how you feel and said the wrong thing.”

Michael stayed to ensure she was okay before turning to leave. In the corridor, he happened to see Gabriel’s figure and frowned. ‘He’s in this flight too? Is he following Gina to Eldoria? But why didn’t Gina mention Gabriel boards the same flight?‘

David, on the other hand, recognized Michael. “Mr. Jackson, he is Quaria’s CEO, Michael Clark,” 

Gabriel didn’t feel like chatting But out of courtesy, he wouldn’t ignore him after Michael took the initiative to talk to him. He said calmly, “Mr. Clark, your words are too flattering” 

Afterward, Gabriel glanced at the woman. “My answer is no. You can leave.” 

But the woman refused to give up. “Why? Do you have a girlfriend?” 

Gabriel didn’t want to waste his time with her. Whether he had a partner or not was none of her concern. 

To avoid further conflicts, David decided to chase the woman away. “Look, can you stop pestering him? Save some face for yourself, will you?”

As the woman left, Gabriel took off his suit. He threw it to David and said, “Throw it away.”

“Then I wish you a pleasant vacation, Mr. Clark. Goodbye.” David said politely. Meanwhile, Gabriel also felt Michael’s answer was strange. But he didn’t 

bother to pay much attention.. 

The twelve–hour flight came to an end. 

Gina quickly got off the plane. She looked up and wanted to look around. But then, she noticed Michael turned sideways while rubbing his shoulder. Gina frowned. “What’s wrong?” 

“No big deal, I think I slept in the wrong position.” He rubbed his shoulders as he spoke. Gina felt Michael’s behavior was odd but didn’t question him. She was more concerned about the auction the next day at ten o’clock.

Hearing the opening price, Gina and Michael were not in a hurry. They assessed the guests” interest by waiting for others to bid.
