When we finally got home yesterday Kane had so much work to do, his desk looked like a hill of snow. The beta handled all the other jobs he just couldn't sign off on the paperwork because it was bills and such and the alpha was the only one with that clearance to do so. Thanatos stayed and helped Kane sort through the paperwork. They had a few more stacks of paper to do this morning, so I brought them both up breakfast. Kane and I shared his breakfast, Well Thanatos didn't touch his own breakfast until he had finished feeding Forest his bottle and rice pabulum. It was around noon when a vampire walked into the office looking for Thanatos,
"Brother if you did your paperwork, with this much focus you would be on top of the rest of us." the vampire said laughing.
"Raziel, Quit do you see the sleeping child, wake him and will have you're head, my older brother or not" Thanatos whispered in a threatening way.
"Cute baby, but why do you spend so much time here among the wolves?"
"That child he is important!"
"Why is he you're alma gemela ( Soul-mate) 2"
"Indeed he is, Raziel. But on another note, why are you here?"
" bring a note from father, he wishes you to go and speak with the demon king"
"He knows Lucca and I don't get along, why me?"
"Because you two are friends, and you both trained together, and Lucca
asked for you"
"Raziel, I refuse, I'm too busy”
"You can't refuse, read the letter, good day brother,” Raziel said handing him a letter.
"What does the letter say?" Kane asked
“It says I have to go and visit Lucca for his crowning event, it took him long enough to grow up,”
"What do you mean?” I asked curiously.
"Lucca has been the proper age to be crowned for two centuries but fails to prove to his father, every time why he should be crowned finally”
Kane suddenly broke out in a laugh and lifted up a paper on the desk, it looked like the one Thanatos had.
"Seems we too have been invited by my cousin to go to his crowning, Well I guess we are going, That means you too Thanatos, *
It was set we were all going to King Lucca, the demon kings crowning. I had never met a demon before I was shocked and excited to met my first demon ever. This would surely be an event I would never forget.
