Absolute Chaos
Chapter 32.

The sweet zephyr breezes switched to icy winds, Amaunet flew towards the ‘Temple of the Sun’, swiftly slicing through the freezing air. Am-heh was headed toward the great pyramid, she knew now of Temu’s fate, she was filled with the cruel knowledge when she merged his rib inside her, instantly showing her each small detail from the time Temu disappeared from Azure-Alkun until his untimely death a few thousand years before.

Now that her own rib had mended, it revealed there was another monster lurking these exquisite lands, the cruel God Arawn. Completely shocked to learn he held half of the Alzphaeta Diamond in his filthy hands.

Arawn had only one purpose and that was to secure the other half of the extraordinary gem, uniting the two halves.

Ultimately Amaunet did not now what the outcome of this would be, however she knew in the hands of pure evil the result would be horrific, raining fire, blood and pure fear upon every living thing that Chaos has ever created.

The power inside the Alzphaeta Diamond could undo everything that had been done, fold every galaxy back into oblivion, it would fall into thick nothingness, taking everything ever created back to its original state, a state of suffocating black nothing, a void of complete devastating misery.

Now that she held Temu’s Chaos inside her, it encoded with her own sleek rib, settling deep into its bone cage. sᴇaʀᴄh thᴇ Findɴovel.ɴet website on Gøøglᴇ to access chapters of novels early and in the highest quality.

She knew Am-heh would be desperate to rip it from her, yet she now had the upper hand, holding not only one, but two ‘Ribs of Chaos’ deep in her Divine flesh, he would know she could obliterate him in a heartbeat.

Landing on the hot sand at the foot of the pyramid, Amaunet scanned the lands. Am-heh was no where in sight although she could smell him, smell his putrid fear and sin.

She followed the foul stench into the the dark passageway which led to the large chamber inside the pyramid. It was pitch black in the passage, Amaunet could still see, her eyes glowed like dark sapphires, lightning up the way as she walked further in. She held her wings low behind her, making her way up the sloped tunnel, the tiny veins running through her wings flowing a deep ocean of blue.

Amaunet quietly moved into the large limestone room, scanning it quickly. Am-heh was not in the great chamber, though had only just left, there was wet smeared blood on the far walls.

The hieroglyphs and the amazing artwork had been painted in fresh blood, the coppery aroma forcing its way into Amaunet’s pores.

At a closer look she could see it was not merely smeared blood, but he had written words with the deep crimson.

Icy fingertips sunk into her spirit, her heart froze in her chest, reading through the text, the words Am-heh painted chilled her to the bone. Amaunet placed her hand over the bloody words, closing her eyes, what she felt stunned her, snatching her hand from the pyramids cold walls as if struck by a starving cobra.

Am-heh had used Kaija’s blood to write the foul words. She knew Kaija was dead, there was too much blood inside the chamber, too much blood for a human to survive.

Shooting from the dark main chamber back into the passageway that led directly outside, she needed to find Maia. Am-heh had her, Kaija’s blood had told her, Amaunet could feel him beneath her feet, deep in the tunnels underground.

When Amaunet had forced Temu’s Divine rib inside her she gained all his knowledge and his memories. She now knew why he had disappeared from Azure-Alkun those two thousand years before, knowing the whole story, right up until his cruel fate. Now more than ever Am-heh had to pay.
