When I entered into the arena, I felt all eyes on me and thought that there were a lot of werewolves watching me and probably staring at my a*s. This was all Fenrir's fault. If he was not stupid enough to give us clothes that were too tight for u to wear. Except from the future Luna queen who didn't dress up in such tight-fitting outfit, the rest of the concubines all had the tightest clothes on and I know that Fenrir enjoyed that part because it gives him satisfaction to watch his toys dressed up in provocative clothes and get him all excited. It was the only reason on why we had to wear such clothes. He wanted to stare at his properties. “this is so annoying,” I muttered as I tried to adjust my outfit but it stays glued to my skin and I thought that I was going to choke to my death. “whosoever says the idea of wearing this type of clothes is crazy!” I muttered but it was loud enough for Angelica who stood beside me she burst into laughter.

“This is the king's decision and I doubt anyone can change the fact that we have to wear this," angelica said and I faked a smile at her because she was lucky enough to be treated like the queen she was. She didn't have to wake up and be treated like a sx slave or have her life dictated to her by Fenrir who could decide that your life had come to an end.

She had no idea the kind of benefits that comes by being the future Luna queen.

“you will never know the pains of being a s* slave,” I told her and looked around the arena amongst hundred of annoying werewolves faces. My eyes landed on Fenrir who was surprisingly staring back at me and I started hearing the thumping of my heart. He was far away yet so close to me. we both stared at each other for a moment until angelica decided to break my connection with Fenrir by nudging me on the shoulders.

“I admire your strength and how you show how you are feeling," she entwined my hand with hers. “I feel you and I are going to be best of friends," she chuckled.

I didn't say anything and just stared at her because I never had a friend before and it felt surreal having someone who cares about me. “it so great to have a friend," I said after a while.

“let us began the introduction everyone!” The announcer shouted and pointed towards Danielle. “meet the king's favorite human toy Danielle,” he laughed as he introduced Danielle. Everyone presents at the arena clapped their hands as they seemed excited to see her. I mean wouldn't like a woman with a big a*s and boobs.

“Thank you," she turned around showing off her massive back and waving at everyone.

I rolled my eyes at her and also saw angelica reacting just like me. we both exchanged looks and laughed.

“The future Luna queen has decided to join in the competition too. Your future Luna queen angelica,” the announcer introduced and angelica waved at them. The cheering grew louder and I knew she would be loved since she was a werewolf unlike us who were humans. She lets go of my hand and moved forward. She waved her hands and the cheering increased. For a short while, I was happy for her and how she didn't have to suffer me who was a human trying to survive the drastic human world. After her introduction, Rebekah was also introduced. Just like Danielle, she got people cheering for her but it was not as loud as Angelica's. They introduced the two concubines, Talita and Halie respectively before they finally introduced me.

“lastly, we have Lorena,” the introduction was brief. That was the end of it and I couldn't be happier because I didn't want to be introduced to a bunch of werewolves with low thinking and annoying attitude. After the introduction, the announcer finally grouped us into two groups each, angelica and I were lucky to be in the same group.

“so glad that we are in the purple team together,” she smiled at me and I returned the smile.

“The first game is the test of intelligence,” The man announced. “The king had decided a hunting game for the concubines,” he shouted and everyone clapped their hands and the arena soon turned to a cheering ground. “the hunting game is to find the hidden jewel hidden deep in the forest. You will encounter a lot of dangers and whosoever returns with the jewels hidden deep in the forest wins this round.”

“A game of intelligence?” I asked angelica and she shrugged her shoulders as if she had no idea what I had said. I looked towards Fenrir and wondered he was doing a competition like that. Has he gone crazy? I thought as I continued watching him.

“you must really like the king because I know the look you are giving him," she nudged me on the shoulders and laughed. * you so much like the king and you can't stop staring at him.”

I scoffed and turned to face her. "I am not staring at him because of that," I told her. “I am just wondering why he gave such task. It sounds funny and at the same time stupid.”

Angelica frowned and then started laughing. “I thought you and the king had a great relationship going on but it seemed that you hate him so much,” she said and I nodded in response.

I hate him and at the same time, I wanted him to suffer for how he had ruined the human lives bur lately, I started feeling a kind of weird emotions anytime I am around him. I don't know how to express my feeling because I couldn't figure it out yet “The process for entering the forest will now begun and we shall await the result in two hours to find out who is smart enough to proceed to the next level," The man announced and everyone cheered for us as we walked out of the arena. Before leaving the arena, I turned back and saw Fenrir staring at me. then again, my heart started beating faster.

What the hell is going on with me? why I can't stop thinking about and why does he affect me so much?
