Chapter 83 

Ana’s stomach grumbled loudly. 

“You’re hungry already?” 

“Yes.” 

Damien handed Ana his phone. “Order whatever you want.” 

By the time they were home, the delivery guy was already waiting on the steps. They sat on the sofa and set down the containers and grabbed their cutleries. Ana took a few bites of the food and then looked at Damien. 

“Thank you for sharing Thea with me,” she smiled. 

“I knew you would like it there.” 

“I did. It felt like a vacation. I feel so relaxed.” 

“I am glad. I wanted to take you to the place where I felt myself. Thea was always there for me when I was on giving up in university and she had to offer food and tea.”

Their conversation meandered toward life before they met. In the end, Damien captured her mouth in a searing kiss. He made his way around and snapped open the button to her pants. He pulled them over her hips and knelt on the floor to slide them down her legs. He kept his eyes trained on her face to make sure it is what she wanted.

Ana stepped out of her pants and kicked them away quickly as he ran his hands all the way back up, caressing her calves and the back of her thighs, and reveling in the softness of her skin, before cupping her ass.
