The group of adults slowly waited for at least 30 minutes while their children's powers died down and they could finally figure out what to do. When it was all said and done Victoria had the same powers her mother had which were life regeneration, the ability to create things by rearranging atoms, weather control, teleportation, telepathy, eye bolts, and invisibility". Carlos had more of jays powers which were super speed, time travel, mind control, telepathy invisibility, teleportation and also star bolts".

After hearing about this, the parents were now thrown between a rock and a hard place. Maya said, "Carlos's powers can be controlled, but I'm afraid that none of Victoria's can be kept...unless". Maya called Maldor over and they began discussing things for a minute before Maya turned to Andrea and said "it has been decided that Victoria will not have her powers taken away, except for her telepathy". Maldor spoke and said, "in addition, we are placing a special bond on Victoria which allows her powers to be used only while in the company of one of her parents or if they remove it themselves for an emergency".

Maya spoke up and said "since Carlos's parents are not gods, Carlos's powers will be limited unless in the company of one of Andrea's parents and Victoria herself...he will be able to use super speed and teleportation on his own but they rest will only be when he's training". Ariel spoke up and said "that brings us to our next part...Victoria and Carlos will train for a few hours on the weekends with us or Andrea and Jay until their powers are deemed under control... should any of these terms be broken without a good reason, we will remove their powers...do we have a deal?".

Andrea and Jay said "deal" before Mr. Diaz smiled and said, "alright you got yourselves a deal". Maya smiled and said "wonderful, but before we allow the children to go back, they're gonna have to master basic control of their powers so they do not pose a threat to the universe or others around them". Andrea smiled and said, "that's fair". Over the next few days, the gods taught Victoria and Carlos everything about their powers and methods of control, just the way Andrea and jay learned...only it was more watered-down and less brutal. At first Victoria and Carlos were screaming at each other's throats when one messed up, but with the help of Maldor and Ariel working together, they got them on the right track and after 4 weeks of training sessions, they were finally ready to graduate from training classes with the gods.

Since they were young and it was a major accomplishment, Andrea and the families threw the two children a party...this time it was super power themed. The party started off with the children boasting their powers before they got into playing the party games and surprisingly the gods showed up for a few minutes. The families played soccer on then, capture the flag with paintball guns, and finally hide and seek it which wasn't fair because the children were cheating so they ended up winning and pieing their parents in the face since they lost. After while cleaning up, Andrea took the time to have a one-on-one talk with her daughter. She smiled at Victoria and said, "I'm proud of you Sweetie...you're almost like me when it comes to getting things done...I saw the fire in your eyes when you used your powers...the confidence you've shown". Victoria smiled and said "aww thanks mom...I do want to be like you and dad, you guys are the coolest" and Andrea smiled and said, "I'm proud to have you here Victoria and I always will be...you're gonna be one powerful girl and you're going to be even stronger than me and your father". Jay walked up behind, which startled Andrea, and said "yep, but we will still be there to teach you the ropes".

Victoria smiled and said "I'm still nervous about it, but with you guys here and Carlos, I know it'll all be okay" before she hugged her parents and ran off to watch tv since his parents had to leave for a bit. Andrea smiled at jay and said "she's gonna hate us when she gets into her moody teenage years" and Jay said, " oh it'll be hell, but for now, let's just enjoy these moments until then". Andrea smiled and said "I need a drink" before a voice behind them yelled "drinks...oooh I could always go for one". They turned around to see Paula who winked at Andrea before they both grinned at each other before jay said "oh no...oh fuck no...we are doing that".

Andrea giggled and said "c'mon, loosen up and play drunk Uno with us" and jay frowned and said "no" until Andrea gave him puppy eyes and he finally gave in and agreed". As the adults walked off, Victoria walked over to Carlos and decided it was time to figure out where to go from here...mainly she needed to know how they were gonna handle the kids at school. She sat next to him and said "soo what do we do now?" and he said "we go back to normal before this happened " and Victoria said, "I don't want to go back to normal, I want our friendship to grow without judgment, or people labeling us...I want us to be like Star and Marco".

Carlos giggled and said, "that's not possible, so I guess we'll just have to ignore the kids and the rumors and play stupid when teachers ask". Victoria smiled and said "we can still hang right?" and he said, "of course but we'll have to take some days to just hang with our other friends as well". She smiled and said "fair enough, before hugging him and blushing hard.

Before he could notice, she said said "wanna go upstairs and play air hockey?" and he smiled and said, "you're on but no cheating with your powers" and she giggled and said "no promises" before tripping him and dashing up the stairs". Andrea and jay secretly watched everything unfold from the other room before jay smiled and said "she's totally gonna be just like you" and Andrea elbowed him and said "and they boy is gonna be a lame responsible person, just like you". Jay frowned at her and said "is that so?...Paula do you mind stepping out for a minute?". Paula nodded and closed the door before jay tackled Andrea and began tickling her as she fought to get away...all to no avail.

After finally tiring out, he stopped and now found himself just hovering over his wife, admiring her beauty and blushing harder by the second. Andrea pulled him into a deep passionate kiss as they rolled around the room bumping into furniture before they heard a voice say "ahem". When they looked up, Paula was staring smugly at them before she said "are we gonna play or what?...I can come back later". Andrea and Jay blushed before Andrea spoke up and said "we can play now" before they quickly pulled each other off the ground. Paula pulled the drinks out of the mini fridge in the room and began dealing cards as Julie came in the door downstairs to watch the kids while her daughter irresponsibly drank for the first time in a few years.
