Chapter 17: Donna Leaves The Guardian

Tats woke up to Tara Marie laying with her head on his chest. He couldn’t believe that she was in his bed, his arms. That she had agreed to become his Valkyrie. She would receive her cut tonight and then Donna will give her her tat. He was excited to see the tattoo she chooses.

He knew that she would receive her cut first. This is a celebration. He grinned remembering the stunt the other Valkyrie did the last time. That was really interesting. He can’t guess what they will come up with this time. They say that the celebration will have a new pole dancer but he doesn’t care about that. He just wants his woman tattooed.

He never saw Tara Marie dance but he knows she can and she is really good at it. The girls were in the back or he thought when the lights went out in the club and a girl walked out on stage in a mask to the pole. He watched her because the guys made him

Kelly said. "I heard one guy yell that the Valkyries sure know who to celebrate."

Donna was sitting with her back to the rest of the club members and Tara Aces Valkyrie asked her "what was wrong?"

She said "I miss The Guardian. He has been gone a week. He had to go to Florida with a few prospects on club business."

Tara continued to look at Donna and noticed she was not drinking alcohol instead she was drinking coffee.

Tara got a grin on her face. She said. "You have some news for him, don’t you?"

Donna said. "I’m pregnant."

" How is he going to take that?"

" No woman here has any children? I’m scared he will be angry."

Donna jumped up and hugged and kissed the Guardian and said.

"I missed you so much."

" I missed you to baby. No what is it you want to tell me?"

She said. "I’m pregnant."

Guardian let go of Donna and stepped back from her. Everyone saw the expression on his face.

"How did this happen?"

" I thought you were being safe on the pill or the shot. I told you I didn’t want to raise any kids in the club. Get rid of it he said and he turned and walked away."

Panther heard what his brother said and he was angry. He looked at Donna and saw defeat on her face and the tears running. Tara, Angel, and Kelly jumped up from the table and dragged her down the hallway towards Angel’s room.

Donna was crying so hard that her body was shaking. She asked "Angel why would he say that?"

" I don’t know said, Angel."

" Donna said can you go get Tats and Tara Marie, please?"

Kelly walked out and brought them back to Angel and Panthers' room.

"When Tats saw the condition Donna was in and what Guardian had said he was pissed off."

" Tats said. I have a cabin in the woods about 15 miles from town. You can stay there if you want and drive into work."

"I will make sure that you don’t have to see Guardian if you want."

" Ok," she said.

Guardian grabbed a bottle of whiskey and sat at the table and lit a joint. Why did she have to get pregnant? He didn’t want any kids around the club life. He wasn’t ready to be a father.

A club whore who had always wanted to get Guardian in bed but couldn’t walk over. As she got closer to him he grabbed her and pulled her down on his lap. He grabbed her hair and started kissing her making out.

"Falcon walked over and jerked her off his brother but it was too late."

Donna saw it.

"Falcon said you dumb mother fucker. What the hell are you doing?"

Everyone saw what Donna saw and the hurt on Donna’s face.

She walked over to Guardian took her cut off, folded it, and lay it on the table in front of him.

She said. "You don’t want your child and I see now you don’t want me either and she turned and walked away."

Everyone’s mouth dropped open. Only once in the history of the clubhouse had a Valkyrie handed her cut back to her man and that was 20 years ago.

That did not turn out well because the brother became a much angrier person than anyone. Always drunk, always ready to take care of the riskier business. Guardian looked at the cut and his eyes followed Donna as she walked away.

He grabbed the cut and looked at it. The cut that belonged to the woman he loved but hurt in more ways than one. He looked at Falcon and his brother just gave him the angriest look he ever saw. Donna and the girls walked to the room she shared with Guardian.

They helped her back all of her things leaving nothing behind to even suggest she had ever shared this room with Guardian. They had two prospects carry the suitcases and boxes out the back door and put them in Angel's trailblazer then Tats, Tara Marie, and Angel drove Donna to Tat’s cabin and they carried everything into the cabin. Angel said she and the girls will come over this weekend giving her time alone. Donna nodded her head just looking out the window crying.

Tara Marie said. "I’m sorry about what Guardian said."

" I want you there at the clubhouse tomorrow when I receive my cut but I guess that is out of the question."

Donna looked at Tara Marie and said. "I’m sorry I can’t."

" I can’t watch Guardian with the club whores."

I understand Tara Marie said as they left the cabin.

It was revealed time. The girls walked out and up to the bar where Tats and Ace was. Tats yelled "shut up it's time."

" Tara Marie, he said. I have waited to find the right woman to spend my life with and start a new life with to have kids with. I am asking if you will be my Valkyrie?"

"I will" she said.

She took off her jacket and when Tat’s saw the tattoo’s she chose he grinned. They were identical to his he had on his back. He took the cut and said.

"For her road name, it will be the pole dancer."

He put the cut on her which said. Property of Tats. He then kissed her and said. "I love you with all my heart."

Tara said. "I love you too and if you ever cheat on me I will leave you."

He said. "Never. I waited too long to find you. I will prove it to you every chance I get. Make no mistake about that. I will never stop enjoying you screaming my name."
