Chapter 18: Donna Leaves Town

Donna stayed in the cabin for three days never leaving. She couldn’t bring herself to eat or go outside. She looked out the widows crying or lay on the bed sleeping. She couldn’t even gather enough strength to get up and take a shower.

Kelly, Elizabeth, Tara, Angel, and Tara Marie were leaving the clubhouse when Guardian asked "if they had seen or talked to Donna."

They looked at him and asked. "Why do you care? You told her to get rid of her baby, your baby. You were making out with a whore. You hurt my best friend Guardian. I can’t forgive you for that."

"You threw her away."

" So don’t think we will tell you anything even if she does call us. She hasn’t. Right now. We hate you."

They turned and walked out of the door getting into the car and left. It hurt Guardian that Angel told him she hates him for hurting Donna. Hell, he hates himself too. He hasn’t seen or heard from her in three days. He was told that she canceled her appointments and her customers are asking if she is alright. He had no answer.

He walked out to the garage to start working on the bikes so they could get out the door on time. Falcon and Panther walked in and stood there looking at him. He ignored them. Falcon was going to be a father anytime, even though the baby wasn’t his he is still claiming it.

He knew what he did was wrong. He hurt the one person he swore never to hurt. She left him. She had every right to leave him after what he told her to do. He looked at Falcon and Panther and "yelled what!"

" If you want to yell at me for being a stupid son of a bitch do it. If not get the fuck out of the garage I have work to do."

They looked at the Guardian and turned and walked away. What they really wanted to do what beat some sense into him.

The girls arrived at the cabin and made Donna get up and take a shower. Kelly started cooking breakfast and then they made Donna eat.

"It was suggested that Donna moves to Angels home town of Van Wert. Tats knows the owner of the TNT tattoo shop there and he can get her a job there."

"Angel also has an aunt who has a house for rent in the county she is willing to rent to Donna for $300.00 a month."

It was decided that Donna will move to van Wert, Ohio. Tats agreed to drive her there and Angel will drive Donna’s car. They would leave today. First Angel’s aunt April would meet them at the house where they will unload her stuff and then go to the tattoo shop and then the store.

Tats arrived 25 minutes after Donna finished eating. It was 2:00 pm they were leaving Lima and headed to Van Wert. They arrived at the house and Angel called her aunt April.

April arrived at the house 15 minutes later. She liked Donna immediately and agreed to help her when her time comes. They unloaded the car and took everything into the house.

It was furnished and had two bedrooms, a nice living room, kitchen, basement, and bathroom. It had an enclosed porch as well. April told Donna if she wanted to get a dog for protection she could. Donna said she would think about it. She wrote down April’s phone number and paid her $600.00. Tats, Angel, and Donna drove to town and the TNT tattoo shop where she was introduced to the owner. The owner was a woman and she was excited to have Donna working for her. She had seen several of Donna’s tattoo work and was very impressed with her work.

She was to start working on Monday. She can choose her hours as she starts getting scheduled with her customers. Next, they drove to Walmart to shop for food and other items she would need for the house.

Tats and Angel spent the night but left the next day. When both Angel and Tats arrived at the clubhouse Panther asked "if Donna got settled."

" Angel said yes she did. I hope Guardian rots in hell for this."

Guardian couldn’t find Donna. She was gone. No one would tell him anything. His Valkyrie was gone. It was all his fault. He should never have told her to get rid of their child. He was going to start requesting to go out on more club business. He can’t stay here.

He can’t sleep in the bed and not reach out for Donna. He hated looking in the closet and seeing her cut hang there. Just her cut. No clothes in the closet, no clothes in the drawers no makeup on the bathroom counter. It was as if she never existed. She was a figment of his imagination.

The only thing to prove she was real is her cut. He did not realize he was crying to a tear fell on his hand. He didn’t know if he would ever see her again.

He would never know if she carried his baby and gave birth or if his baby was a girl or boy. She left in January. It was now March.

He sat at a table in the bar drinking a beer when he saw the President of the Black Snake MC walk in. The club was from Van Wert, Ohio.

Bones walked over to Ace and Tara. He saw Angel walk into the clubhouse holding Tats and Donna’s baby girl. She was a pretty little thing.

The club members all dotted on her. He knew that Donna would have had his child by now. This little girl was two today. His baby would be about one year old. In Van Wert, Donna was getting Travis and Lisa dressed to attend a friend's daughter’s birthday party.

Tracy’s daughter just turned 2 and her name was Karan. As Donna looked at her babies she felt a tear slide down her cheek. Guardian should be here.

He should be holding his babies and loving them. Instead, he told her to get rid of them. She still loved Guardian with all of her heart but she loved her children more. They would never have to worry about their mother not wanting them. they were her life.
