I rode my bike into the compound and parked it. I took a breath and walked in seeing Karan sitting at a table drinking a beer. I walked over and sat down looking at her.

"Well, is she really dead?"

I pulled out my phone and showed her the picture. I saw her smile and then say.

"Now he will be mine."

I said "why don't you watch the breaking news."

" I yelled turn on the biker news."

Everyone sat watching it. Several men said. "We need to find out who killed her and her unborn baby and beat the shit out of them."

I then looked at Karan and could not believe she was laughing. I said "you think it is funny that someone killed that woman and her unborn child?"

"Karan, if I find out you had something to do with that you are on your own. I won't help you. I will not interfere in Gunner's punishment he may dish out."

" Well, I will give it a day or two before I go to the Diamond MC. After all, I can't seem too eager to run into Gunner's arms."
