Chapter 3 Alpha Rufus

Rufus’ POV

“Hey Dad, can I ask an honest question?”

I backed up and peered into my daughter, Sienna’s bedroom. Standing by the doorway, wearing the most stunning red dress. I felt a lump build in my throat as I admired my beautiful little girl, she looked so much like her Mother when dressed up like this.

“Does this dress look dumb on me? I feel like it’s not really me,” she complained, knowing full well how beautiful she looked in anything.

“What’s the occasion?” I asked as I flashed Sienna a smile.

“A friend’s wedding,” Sienna replied as she turned to look in the full length mirror by her side, admiring herself from every angle “I feel like this dress makes my figure look square?”

“Square?” I replied with a hearty laugh “Honey, you look great,”

Sienna turned to me and returned my smile “Thanks, Dad,” she took herself to the vanity table and sat down to rummage through her makeup “Come in and sit down, tell me about your day,”

Taking Sienna’s offer I went into her room, making my way over to her bed to take a perch, I caught myself in her mirror. I was looking tired, my silver hair was unkempt and my beard needed a trim. I swear there were more bags under my eyes than yesterday.

“You’re still handsome,” Sienna laughed as she began to apply cosmetics to her face.

“Heh, thanks kid,” I sat down on the bed and watched Sienna spruce herself up, not that she needed it “Not a lot to tell really, just haven’t been sleeping well,” I grunted “I could use a good night’s rest,”

“Something on your mind?” Sienna asked, stopping her application as she met my eyes in the reflection of her mirror.

“Nothing for you to worry about, honey,” I smiled “I’ll be fine, you know me,”

Sienna flashed me a sincere smile, and I knew that look. I knew she missed her Mom, as much as I did. But each day was getting easier for us all, we just had to stick together.

“Okay, and I’m done!” Sienna said standing up from her chair, she turned to me. I watched as she pinned her black hair up into a bun “Good enough for a wedding?”

“You look stunning, my Porkchop,” I replied truthfully.

“Dad!” Sienna laughed “You haven’t called me Porkchop since I was ten years old, don’t go bringing that back now!”

“Alright, I won’t embarrass you too much,” Standing to my feet, I made my way toward Sienna and wrapped my arms around her “I love you, honey, be safe tonight and let me know when you get there,”

“Sure thing Dad,” Sienna said, wrapping her arms around me, before pulling herself away “Right, I have to go! I’m already late as it is,”

The house was always deathly quiet when Sienna and her brother Milo were out. I enjoyed the bustle of my kids when they were here, music playing from their rooms or hearing them on the phone with friends. Now the silence was deafening, but I had to make sure I could wind down tonight. so I got the sleep I desperately needed.

It wasn’t long before the silence was disturbed by the sound of the doorbell ringing. Taking myself to answer it, a smile crept on my l*ps as I was greeted by the beauty of an acquaintance, Lily.

“Hey Rufus,” Lily smiled “I saw Sienna leave and wondered if you needed some company tonight, I’m my own as well,”

“Sure,” I responded, inviting Lily in. I noticed quickly she had dressed up for the occasion and the perfume on her n*eck smelt exquisite. I knew why Lily had come over, for the very reason she usually came. For the company of s*x.

“Thanks, Rufus,” She hadn’t returned my compliment because, well I looked like a mess right now. I had made no effort on my appearance for a while, I hadn’t seen much point “Let’s have some wine,” she said, making her way to the kitchen.

I don’t know why Lily visited me, considering I made little effort when she could have any man she wanted with her looks. Perhaps it was because I was an alpha, and she liked the status of making love to someone in my position.

We had enjoyed a few glasses of wine on the patio that evening, the air was warm, but I could smell rain on its way. I felt my head woozy with the wine, but I also felt a pang of want inside me, I was feeling aroused.

“I can tell you’re having a rough time, Rufus,” Lily said as she placed her empty glass on the table “Let me do something for you to relieve your stress,”

A massage? That would be nice. So with a nod, I agreed to her proposition “Go on,” I grunted.

It was then I realised what Lily had planned. I felt my cheeks flush warm as the redhead unzipped my fly and began to delve into my pants. “Hey Dad, so there’s been a change of plan. The wedding is off and my friend needs somewhere to stay. Will be home in half an hour,”

“Shit,” I grunted, not from the sensation of Lily going to town on my cock, but from the situation I found myself in.

“Lily,” I husked, I gently touched her shoulder “Please stop,”

Her eyes met mine, large and blue and as much as I wanted to finish inside her pretty little mouth, my daughter was far more important.

“Why? Are you not enjoying it?” Lily asked as she removed her mouth from me, disappointment in her voice.

“No, it’s not that,” I paused “I just have some family matters to sort, you need to leave. I’m so sorry,”
