Chapter 1 

Elizabeth Clarke sat in her private room in Skygrace, holding her chin and looking at the two swans swimming freely on the artificial lake not far away. 

She was waiting for someone from the Clarke family to pick her up. 

When she was ten, her stepmother Kaida Clarke said she would take her abroad to travel, but instead left her overseas and returned home alone. 

Ten years later, people from the Clarke family suddenly found her and said they would take her home.
